Thundurus has Shock Wave, Revenge, Heal Block, and Agility when you catch him.

@pky0ass they appear in the game once you get the national dex, which you get right after beating the elite 4, N, and Ghetis.

all i did was put him to sleep and then he ran be when i saw him again i had snorlax so i used block and i just threw a quick ball and got him

Capturing Legendary Pokemon in this game seems to be really easy for me this time. Especially since there is only 1 roaming Pokemon (this one). I remember in Pearl how it took me so many tries to get Giratina. It would keep using its moves up so that it would struggle and hurt itself. So rewarding when it was caught.
