this is an amazing song by Nightwish, and they are a Symphonic Metal genre. But come on, you should also give Annette a chance, and her voice, too, is very good. She isn't Tarja, but she's pretty damned good.

I did give her a chance... I have listened NW since Oceanborn came out in Finland, but i was not too worried when Tarja left, i thought Tuomas could find some worthy replacement. I was quite open minded when i listened the new singer, but i can't help that she sounds annoying to me. I have nothing against her or people who like her, i just like the old one (much) more.

not necesarily you see, mabye an artist needs a way of throwing something out of his mind, expressing what he's thinking or feelign or whatever... a musician does so in music, a poet in a poem.... but sometimes an artist can be ruined by his own creations. he did this to release himself, but mabye he doesnt like what this song represents.

I saw it in an interview a copple of months ago. He talked about his lyrics and said something like " the scent of a woman was not mine... - how can you possible start a song with a line like that" and something that I don't remember. I don't think he said he hated it, he just didn't love it:P
