I am sure you are aware that that means they cannot co-exist. It doesn't mean that either couldn't stand alone. The answer is not to do away with free immigration. The only answer to Illegal immigration is to punish all those that promote it. That mean employers, smugglers and the illegal themselves. I been all over the world and Ive seen line that stretched for city blocks, of people trying to get into U.S. embassies. My wife was one. It took 2 years to get here and 3 years to get a green card. 11 trips of over 350 miles, before she got her citizenship. But, we did it and the Illegal that are here should have to pay the same price.

The problem with new immigrants legal or Illegal is that is that they seem to have no allegiance to the U.S.. They consider themselves Mexican, Filipino, Nigerian, Etc.. 1st and Americans 3rd or 4th. They want learn the English and expect us to learn there language. It has also been my personal experience, that the majority of them bring unbelievable biases with them, especially toward Black and Hispanic. We already have enough bigotry and hatred in the U.S., Why import more.

Planning to go to college.

How much additional tax revenue does the federal government receive from the corporations? What about sales tax? These people are consumers.. How did this study track sales tax revenue??? jbudd - my point was , i would let all LEGAL immigrants blossom. They have a right to be here and they followed the rules. A country without rules is an anarchy and i don't want to live in an anarchy. Rules are made by the citizens and citizens elected officials for the purpose of having a unambiguous society. Anything to undermine that will just create divisions and discontent.

Yes I have been impacted. I get really good service at the restaurants. I also pay less for vegetables and fruits. My Spanish has improved as well. The cultural change was difficult to get use to at first but I am ok with it now.

Food has steadily incresed in price over the past ten years as the number of illegal farm workers has incresed.
The quality of these food products has decreased, with growing incidents of e.coli infections.
Some pro illegal websites even encourage illegals to spit in, and spread feces on, food at fast food restaraunts.

Solution:
We round up all the illegal aliens, send them to chain gangs to pay us back for finding detaining and sending them back to their home countries. We get the cheap labor and they get a chance to emigrate legally from their home country.

I was an USAF reservist for 6 years and was there available for anything if I was called into duty.
