I saw LeBron in the McDonald's high school all american dunk contest and he did not impress me one bit. he has insane hops, amazing athletecism, but honestly, he lacks creativity. I don't even think that he can put it between his legs, he wouldnt even make it passed the first round of the dunk contest.

They should have had Air Up There automatically in after winning the Sprite Dunk Contest. I would hope given the year long anticipation combined with the largest crowd in dunk contest history that this is a stunt. If the contest ends and there is no surprise and he really doesn't compete I'd say fine him and fine him severely. An athlete should never lie to fans like that. I would go as far to say suspend him but I wouldn't want to punish some kid that already has tickets to a Cavs game.

true. altough I'd still wanna see him dunk in games. Its totally different from a dunk contest. LeBron is a great in game dunker, who dunks on a lot of people, because of his power, on the other hand he's really tall and heavy, which makes it harder for him to do the dunks you guys at TFB do, so he's probably not a great dunk contest dunker.

I completely agree. Its crazy that he pulled out after saying he was going to do it on national TV. I'm from L.A and love Lebron more than Kobe especially having to hear about Kobe everyday but even Kobe was in the dunk contest. I think Lebron would have a chance to win it.
