yes it was ive done it myself u gotta have a star force game in and a megaman bn game in and u go to the doghouse and u hear a voice and it tell u to go beat a jammer and u do (hes hard btw) and u get this thing and u go back to dog house and u get weapon

start a new game with a megaman gba game in the ds slot.. then later go to buds house turn on the doghouse then go in an meet megaman an he will tell ya to go some where and get some thing i dont remeber where an then you go back an you will get the mbn blaster 5 speed 1 atk 1 charge thats all you do..
