To me BT3 is just awesome, I in general prefer the fighting games with the look over the shoulder and not the side scroll look. I also think that B3 has done a great job in cut scenes, but not so much on regular attacks, Super 1 and Super 2 moves. B3 may have better explosions but that's not enough to make it fun for me and my other problem with the Budokai series is that every ultimate has to be finished with the opponent and the player pressing buttons, which is lame to me. I say BT3 is beast.

Doesn't Tenikaichi 3 have exploding planet cut scences? I remember them having it?

I might be wrong because i played every dbz game on the ps2 and used own alot of em. of

course I lost em being a naive kid but now I'm in ebay auction trying to purchase budokai 3 and tenikaichi 3... Gonna cost $60+ for both games...

I digress, Do they both have exploding planets scenes? I pretty sure they both do I just need a confirmation.

P.s why no action, no fighting? Tell me? DBZ BT3 For me is the best!

You didn't give Vegeta's Final Flash a lot of credit in the Budokai version. It is also a final combo move that includes the elaborate planet-destroying feature similar to the Super Kamehameha that Gohan uses, or the Father-Son Kamehameha Teen Gohan uses...

Other than that, I still prefer BT3 just for the fact you can disintegrate people in most circumstances, rather than destroy the scenery and reduce the planet to a dead or dying state.

T3: It's just another attack that takes more Ki

B3: Can't avoid the attack, just protect/counter it

T3: You can guard it, Struggle it, Avoid it by walking 2 meters to the right or left

I recognize B3 specials are well done and the planet explosions are excellent but i feel like cutscenes takes too much time and ruins the mood of the fight since there is no way to stop it, I like T3 system much more than B3 one, it's way more dynamic.

Both Games are very Good. I have Both Games and its so cool.

BT3 : is a Game with good Graphic and nice attacks.The most charakter than all DBZ games.

BT: is a Game with fast attacks/moves and Graphic is good too.

From what I could tell, Budokai Tenkaichi has better character models and special attack effects. And the attacks take place in real time, much like the anime, so there are more options for evading the attacks.

The Budokai series does have better cinematic cutscenes and more complex ameplay, but as a DBZ anime simulation, you can't really beat the Budokai Tenkaichi series gameplay-wise.

Both games have their pros and cons, but I personally like the BT series better because of its gameplay.

budokai tenkaichi gameplay sucks balls with only one button to attack and boring special effects. Split screen multiplayer and you gotta lock on to the person ur fighting its only 2 people wtf. only thing going for that game is like 150+ character thats all

I must say for special effects, graphic style and, being true to the animes' attacks I will have to go with Infinite World.

For gameplay and pure fun and replayability, I'll go with BT3. In my final opinion, Use the art style and attacks from Infinite World mix that with BT3 gameplay. You will end up with the best DBZ game ever made.

its not a complete remake, its basicly budokai 4, it took the best frp, every budokai and added some features, like how you run snake way and catch bubbles, and when it goes first person n u shoot beams as freeza ect. i like infinite world much better then the first 3 budokais, i just like the characters and fighting style of tenkaichi better,now i really cant wait for the next burst limits, thats my fav fighting just cant wait till i can be ultimate gohan (thats my choice of char in the games)
