Gee... the title of this video is: "Ayacucho Palace Hotel; Buenos Aires; Guest Interview", and the description, "A guest at the Ayacucho Palace Hotel talks about the 1am noise incident at the hotel on 2/13/08"
As a tourist one's objective to is take a look at a different place. Too bad This hotel didn't represent themselves or their country well.
