She doesn't investigate into the claims she allows to pass through her shows & even has problems controlling her own weight. She'll lose quite a bit at first & cause a stir to promote some whacky diet plan then backpedal & put the weight back on b/c she knows that her career is nothing without the corporate charlatans that use her fame to load their bank accounts.
Although I hate to admit it HS has a point. Hollywood is very shallow and looks are very important to be successful in the entertainment business, especially for actrices. GS is MORBIDLY OBESE:it isn't healthy, nor is it attractive.
However, he crossed the line. He could have stated his opinion in a less cruel and offensive way (i.e. "she's half the size of a planet").

I must admit Howard Stern as mean as he can be is totally correct. As someone who use to be heavy, I got my wake-up call when I could not get a job due to my weight. I started working out and watching what I ate. Although, I got an eating disorder it was better that looking like a pig.
