  • @se7enspeaker This deserves a reply, but I dont know what to say at all. Everything I can think of sounds really stupid. I want to wish you something good, something that could ease that all up! I just cant leave that your comment alone, that loked like nobody cares about what you wrote. I care and Im very unhappy that it happened to you, and that this can happen to people. I dropped some tears and I dont even know, if it wasnt better to write nothing, maybe im biggest idiot of all

  • @se7enspeaker your last comment is a month old.. i hope youre recovering!

  • @se7enspeaker hi, i have heard that virgin black seed oil, a water ionizer (filter), and a healthy eating your five a day and good source of b12 can make huge changes to people with MS. please try everthing out

  • Hello Jasmine and Cody, Thank you for showing so much courage in making this video of you in your new braces to share with others. I'm sorry to read that this MS has progressed so quickly in you. I pray that you will know God's comfort, peace, strength, and continued courage as you face each day. HUGS from Colorado!

  • Sorry you are suffering from MS. I had a seizure last week and lost most of the strength in one leg, and some in the other. I also have severe numbness in my lower legs. My doctor is trying to rule out MS right now. I hope you find a treatment path the slows progress down.

  • them new braces make so much difference their helping you alot more:) good luck xx

  • @AliceinWonderLand546 Thank you!

  • @Regislive Yes, actually I am on the back of a horse now. I am not doing much, but I plan to continue my riding in dressage.

  • @se7enspeaker good, i am really happy for yyou keep trying <3 x

  • @se7enspeaker Very cool....how long has it been since you have been riding? Is it a lot different now. I know when I used to ride it was a lot of leg strength required...i bet you had to modify the way you ride. I'm glad you out doing stuff and not sulking around like most people would want to. Where are you from anyhow?

  • @Regislive There is a lot of leg strength. I cling to the saddle with my hands. I may have "piano" hands now, I just loop my fingers just underneath the pommel to have a little bit of balance. Bends and trots are my biggest challenge right now. My instructor has me working on doing bends, because she believes that the more I do them, the better my body will listen. Which is true. I will not sulk, ever. I will continue to fight. I am from Western PA. You?

  • @se7enspeaker Thats so cool that your already up and riding so quick after all the crap you had to go though. Sounds like you are going to be riding that horse like a pro again in no time! :) And you keep on fighting don't ever give up! Sounds like the MS has stopped progressing..thats good its just amazing how fast something can go. I'm from WNY, Buffalo area. Have a good Thanksgiving!

  • I'm sorry about your setback but you seem like a fighter and I wish you all the best :D

  • @Regislive Thank you. I am now wheelchair bound.

  • @se7enspeaker Thanks for answering my questions. Sorry to hear about the recent news. I hope your doing well and keeping your spirits up. Thats goto to be a huge change for someone that was so active before. Hopefully your condition will not worsen. :) Stay strong and keep up the fight.

  • @se7enspeaker How are you coping with that I know u said you were looking to set up some wheelchair sport teams...have you found any that you like playing so far?

  • Thank you for making this video....I have some questions if you don't mind...

Is this reversible with time and work or will you always need braces now?

Do the new leg braces lock your feet straight as I didn't notice the 'pigeon toe' with the new ones?

Are you able to walk with just the new braces of do you need the crutches?

Does walking with the new braces tire you out? (is it hard work)? I noticed u said u wanted to get a wheelchair so I was wondering.

  • @Regislive To your first question, it is reversible, but not with my condition. I have primary progressive multiple sclerosis. The remission rate with this type of MS is minimal. My braces worked until a month ago when I went completely paralyzed. From mid-stomach down.

The new braces had an elastic hinge in the joints that lifted my toes upward.

With the braces, I still needed my crutches. Yes, I got very tired. Tired to the point that my fatigue caused me to go into more seizures than norm.

  • Keep working hard, you can do it :D

  • @MsIceFlame Thank you, I am. Very hard.

  • That's amazing how much of a difference the new leg supports make simply by supporting a little bit on the side.

  • @merager It really is. =)
