Its a 'extremely fast converter' because your video was 3 secs long. Converting is converting and different programs really don't change the speed. One program is not going to be "faster" than another. What does influence conversion rates is/are physically memory(ram) and processor clock speed (Mhz 2-8 cores;processor cache)

I'm sure a lot of people know this, but this is for those who are learning. Do research on which converter is the best by searching online forums and asking others.
