Hi John, It is NOT illegal to have or use ecigs with liquid nicotine in Australia. It is illegal however to SELL liquid nicotine or e-juice. This video makes out they are illegal to have and use which is not true, please follow up and inform people of the correct information! If you tell people that its illegal when it's not then less people will use them which means we have less change of making changes to the legislation.

Awaiting delivery and will post a video response to it when it arrives.

Yes it is very unjust isnt it. They are are far less dangerous if at all compared to normal ones. It's unbelievable that the media isn't covering this.
