To say Tony Dungy deserves credit for Grudens superbowl win is pure stupidity. Look what team won the AFC to play against the Bucs! The Raiders, a team he built up! So in a sense, even if Gruden would have lost that superbowl he still would have won.
The Buc's have have a great coaching hotbed-. Dungy, Gruden,Morris. And all the compliments Mike Tomlin, Lovie Smith,Jim Caldwell,Wayne Fontes, Joe Gibbs,Rod Marinelli, Monte Kiffen,Herman Edwards, etc

@bigvalbowski100 You are right. The Buccaneers would have never made it to Super Bowl XXXVII if Tony Dungy was the head coach of that team. Dungy's stubbornness to keep certain assistant coaches who were terrible offensive coordinators (Clyde Christiansen) is what got him fired. Jon Gruden needs to come to the Niners and replace the piece of shit head coach we currently have. Gruden was our offensive quality control coach in 1990, come back Jon and bring the west coast offense back here. Just please don't bring like 6 QBs over the age of 40, and find a way to go get Andrew Luck.

that's incorrect about more hall of famers...85 bears had 4 which includes defense and offense, as soon as the 02 bucs are are eligible considering some have or haven't retired recently...We will have Sapp, Rice, Brooks, Lynch, Barber, Alstott, and that's four alone on defense while one on offense, not to mention our coach might be considered.
Nothing wrong with blitzing, its just that 2002 bucs did it only with a 4 man pressure while 7 dropped into coverage.
Sapp and Brooks are easy first-ballot guys.
