@DABS139 im talking about where you can fly in a plane or helicopter as high as u want without the game forcing them to do down there was an action replay cheat for this on the ps2 and a cheat on the psp for vice city stories but i never seen none for vice city
@scarfaceguns1234 I've done that without entering a any cheats on San Andreas. I just kept going and going up, eventually I got tired of seeing how high I could get and just jumped out. It took a while to hit the ground too lOl
