I'm just asking this question.. Let me start off by saying my dad has Leukemia, blah blah blah. I always thought that Breast Cancer was more of a popular cancer, but in all these Sims videos it's all 'Leukemia' and stuff. I'm pretty sure that Chemo makes your hair fall out in both of them. :p

The video is good its just that; When you have cancer, HairLoss is not a symptom. Hairloss happens only when you get chemotherapy. The chemotherapy makes your hair fall out. Good video!
