ryan my cousin and i chased people with a chainsaw in 2009 and we did a great trick on one group and only one group. we walked around are yard and made chainsaw sounds and went next to people the were not scared obviously the we stop and stared them fast and ran at the so kid screamed so loud so i think you should try it if you can send me a answer

My brother and me are going to scare little kids around the neighbor hood and then just scare them when they give candy. But it should be legal if the chain is off but stay like less then a foot or so away from the people.

if you have a porch (if u don't hiding in a bush will do) hide at the sides and when u see them walking away run after the revving it like crazy

I've been wanting to do this so bad since about 2007, but just now I got a thought on my mind, I'm only 13 and I want to do this, but I'm not sure if the police will allow it or not. Of course there won't be a chain on it, but I just want to make sure I can't get arrested or anything.

Yes, that's from the 2 stroke oil, I use a little more then instructed so it smokes a little, but it can be bad for the engine.
