with just a cam swap and bolt ons I would say behind a 6 speed transmission it should make anywhere between 350-375HP to the wheels. Automatic would be less than that.

an escalade cluster also works, just plugs right in and already has the temp sensor in the trans.

@TriggerHappyLunatics No. The truck is prewired from the factory for it. The sensor and harness is there, just need the gauge cluster that has it.

Runs low 13's on radials with a 2200+ DA and high humidity, a bad transmission/stall, and lifters going bad as it sits right now lol

Should run mid 12's with everything fixed with good weather/traction

@Unkn0wn2003 wow, ya im not nearly that fast. im not sure why. i have a 228/230 .571/.573 cam with a 2500 stall and a tune and then couple little things like tbs, cai, no cats and blah blah blah. but my tranny gives up at my 2-3 shift, it bounces the rev limiter and i have to coast through the line about 30yds early. my truck ran 14.5 and i dont think thats right?

beltech 2/4 drop kit, usual bolt on's (cai, efans, pulley, plugs/wires), 4200 stall converter (needs to be restalled to a 3600 the company messed it up), built tranny, 4.10 gears with posi. It has painted front bumper, door handles, mirror caps, bowtie, and tinted tail lights. Billet grill, newer style lower valance with fog lights.

Hopefully soon ill have this transmission and stall fixed along with some 243's on the truck. The lifters have been bad for a while so i might as well put some better heads on it while the old heads have to come off to replace the lifters right? :D

You can tell one of the usual cam companys to make it for you custom grind. I have patriot dual gold springs yes. The cam pulls all the way to 6800 rpm with stock 5.3l heads. I haven't gotten it dynoed yet but i would assume the power starts anywhere between 3 -3.5krpms and keeps pulling past 6500rpm.

i take it then your tranny is pretty built? becuz ive heard that the tm is what keeps the 4l60e trannys alive, and that removing 65% is the best way to go. but thats proly if your tranny isnt built. but my tranny just has a transgo HD2 shift kit and vetter servo. will i get away with removing all the tm?

Ran a 13.2 @ 100mph with 3rd gear not working and not letting me go past 100mph for some reason lol. Its was 72* and a little humid on that day.

Once i get the tranny and converter fixed should be a good high 12 sec pass if not lower depending on weather.

Ran a 13.2 @ 100mph last time out in some 72* weather. The tranny starts slipping at 100mph and wont let me go past it. Probably got some good 12 sec passes if i get the tranny fixed before i drop in the new motor.

Has 275/60/17 Goodyear Fortera Triple Treads on the truck right now.

About to go to a 285/60/17 rear and a 255/60/17 front with Toyo Proxes STII tires.
