This is a fun game but nobody I know plays it let alone 4 people so I just set my ships up and have an annialation game.

i bought a tin box with 8 ships and i can only build 3 the others will absolutaly no fit what do i do (besides return it)

Hey, I could throw Hermione Gold (English crew) on a Pirate ship. My Pirate ship just couldn't use her ability unless it had the ability to allow English (or Crew of any nationality) on her.

Yeah, I remember this game. Was really popular with the shop I go to about a year ago.
