  • it is trust, trust of THAT!! , haha that is you!

  • emptiness ist just one aspect movement the other one

    check dzogchen

  • Awareness is always here, you are awareness.

It is unchanging eternal peace, even though many thoughts and situations appear in it like birds and clouds flying across a clear blue sky. You are that awareness, rest in that awareness ...now,you are home.

  • All of these postings are trading one concept of perception for another. I don't see why you think its 'more real' than any other ideology you've held in the past, or will hold in the future. Youre identifying with 'nothingness' instead. Its just as delusional as anything else, so why not eh

  • @cjsmith24 While that might make sense to the mind, which doesnt want to give its identity up, its just not true. When you are not thinking, even for a second, who are you in that moment? Your mind is the only thing that lives in time, and when you are completely in the moment either listening to a great song, rendered speechless, or doing something you love that "makes time fly" that is the real you. Pure unconditioned consciousness. That is always there. Thoughts come and go. Seems simple.

  • hmmm...isn't the screen black ? I once passed out but there was awareness of it. 'something' saw 'nothing' and that nothing had a pitch-black background. it wasn't like sleeping. It was like death of a sort. It was also infinite with ripples in it like a lake without top, bottom, beginning or end. so not sure if 'i' was in it, outside it or what.. :) took 2 'human years' to digest this fact that it's all a dream. WEIRD! :)

  • If there is nothing there and the universe is an illusion and I am 'that space' without object and subject - kind of like an empty mirror - then what am I reflecting?

  • the 'appearance" of IT, manifested, like a movie: unreal: the white screen is the reality...an analogy!

  • A blind man you can tell him your secrets he keeps it and then to ask why is this so. If two or more glasses of water are pour how many glasses are there? The glasses and the water must come from the same source this is love. Absent the longing there is bliss there is peace this is total complete love, shining. You cannot put your finger on love it is beyond "grasping" or clinging. This way you loose everything only to gain misery. In love then free, surrendered unto.

  • great

  • thank you for uploading this:)

  • I can see this emptiness, it's right there, everywhere. I've entered it but it's so scary for the mind to be there!

  • in this emptiness, there is total completeness!

  • Stop! Mmmmmm Bliss! I never met this wonderful man and I love him for this simple gift! Om Shanti Shanti Shanti

  • I am so awaken now to the thought that what we call our lives is all lived through our minds. When we are sleeping we exist and are aware of nothing, someone who is in a coma they exist but not aware. So without our minds we would not experience so called life. So why did we come into this existance with this brain, is it to just experience emotions, and if we are just awareness why did we need to have these emotions because they are felt in the body and mind...can someone help me here...:)

  • We have not come into Existence. Nisargadatta says that We are the Absolute, the body is the telescope, and the world is the object we witness. However, we are not the body, nor the world. Ultimately, the body and the world are Consciousness, and even this we are not. We are the Absolute, who never took birth, nor will die. And yes, the word Awareness seems to describe that which is beyond description best. Enjoy!

  • What I understood by going to Satsang is that 'God' or 'godly energie' or creator, or how you want to call it, wants to experience his/herself. And that cannot be done through him/herself, because he/she is conciousness itself and not seperated from itself....so there WE come.....we are very seperated now..... But why all this?: our mind cannot catch that. And your/my question again is asked by the brain/mind. I always think that our heart understands it better. Thank you for this question.

  • omg it woke me up to my most beautiful moment of being

A moment I saw once in a movie called "braveheart" it brought me back when he said, all that doesnt disappear is real..

  • thank you so much for this precious reminder of our true nature ...
