In my humble opinion, Master implies we can help victims out of compassion and right reasoning, yet be free from the false attachment to victim's plight. In fact the only way a person can truly help a victim is by not identifying with the victim nor the hurt/abuse. There is no explanation to give to anyone, because we cant truly. All a healer can do is show the light of kindness and love in the darkness of fear and anger.
Even wanting to set right the whole world is an Ego-trip.
You attract the type of people you deserve! That is an incredibly tough pill for many people to follow. I agree, but that level of acceptance requires such a tough spirit.
I think it all boils down to making decisons whilst being aware of the consequences of karma. do u report abuse to the authorities..? whatever decision u make has its own karmic consequences for u. different people will make differnet choices when in the same situation and therefore experience different karma.
we exist in 2 states.. the one is light, in which we strive to achieve conscious unity with whilst at the same time existing in a world with karmic choice and consequence.
Isnt this what he is saying? Same thing. And this from a master who died and didn't decay. Try THAT one!
One's values are profoundly changed when he is finally convinced that creation is only a vast motion picture, and that not in it, but beyond it, lies his own reality" Paramahansa Yogananda I relax and cast aside all mental burdens, allowing God to express through me His perfect love, peace, and wisdom.
Everyone has light, even women who sell their bodies for their addiction to crack and abuse their children and are eaten away inside by fear, pain and anger are filled with light, though they cannot see it. All is holy, it is our own blindness and rejection of our true self that makes us believe we are not, but it doesn't change what we actually are.
yes... absolutely true. People are always trying to be a superman... and feel guilty after something done wrong... and this is morality. We should learn how to go deeply into thing!
What people don't realize when trying to be Superman is that even with he ability to fly and move at incredible speed and the strength to lift mountains and deflect bullets and a pure heart dedicated to spending his life helping others, even Superman had faults, fears, doubts, and struggles and he could not stop all suffering and tragedy in the world. Yet even understanding this I get angry at myself for shortcomings, it's a difficult emotional trap to break free of.
A really really deep sense of self love and forgiveness, and by deep I mean down to the core of your core, so deep and so full that it overflows into everything around you. I think. I could be wrong, but that's how I understand it so far. Obviously I'm not to that point though.
An astounding insight from an incisive and illumined perspective. Where Gurunath speaks, clarity follows. Like the sun at dawn dispelling the darkness of night; Yogiraj awakens us from our dreams into the awareness of God and our Divine heritage.
