No. Just the graphics enhancement files and some functionality for all modding files like scripthook xliveless

Does this only work on GTA IV or can it be used with EFLC? I only have EFLC and just wanted to know.

I am just adding into the description now:

It will work as good as ANY other ENB Package on EFLC - "Not good."

This is for GTA IV running Patch 1030 Only. 1040 and 1004 are not tested. 1030 is better graphically anyway.

what did you setup to get rid of to much light? mine shines to much when doing scene in game, could you tell us what Mods you put in your GTA folder

There's at least 80 hrs of tweaking to the .fx and .ini files for pre-multiply, multiply and other integers in the .fx file to control the brighteness and overbrightness. This release isn't perfect but I will be correcting this and that in the next 7 Days. To make more brighter, but without the "white wash" screen of brighteness.

I would say it's toodark but you say it's Youtube. You could try to bright up the video before uploading it ! :D

I like the video, it's like an official teaser for GTA IV, the only thing I don't like is the fact that you always use the same car and the camera is alway leant :p
