An impersonator in the U.K did something similar a while ago.He 'phoned the then prime minister and pretended to be the leader of the oposition. But the PM got it straight away because he did not address him as " Prime Minister" he called him "Tony" - But he took it in good part and thought it was very funny or at least that is what he said.
