Judy for years I been looking to get my child to get discovered, and many times I been riped off, till almost she giving up, she been telling me it is impossible to get in to disney, but i told her not to give up, we have to keep searching till we find the right person or audition, so I was wondering where we can find Disney open cast or auditions.

that means she is looking for talent REGARDLESS of a agent or not. im pretty sure this is how selena gomez got noticed. She probably auditioned for Judy Taylor and then she went on from there. Casting Directors help you get jobs and also give you a better opportunity to get great representation from an amazing agent.

find agencies in ur local area and submit a hard resume of school plays or whatever and along with a headshot. could just be a snapshot of urself
