Everything about this video makes me so happy. Everything from the opening riff, to Rogers fantastic backing vocals, to Freddies cute moment at the start of Crazy little thing sayin the shitty guitar only knows 3 chords, to deacys tiny shorts, to his and Brians simultaneous move around 1:35. . EVERYTHING. Just pure awesome.
the good question is, who is the "fill in" rythym guitar player trying to pretend he's part of the band, okay, okay, you got a gig touring with Queen, BUT you're not on any of their albums, get the hell out of the way so we can see John Deacons shorts.
@JackinTheWoods He's not a fill in guitar player, He was Queens Keyboardist for years, more than 20. It's just this one song where he comes out and plays guitar.
@mrcuthbert05 I've been trying to figure this out for a long time...I'm not certain but it actually might be a standard straight mic stand with the base removed...
@karenlhoule Yep, Arguably which is why I'd like to argue about it by saying that 1982 at Milton Keynes Bowl is better than this concert, The band was literally on fire.
always had a thing for the theatrics didnt we QUEEN? lol thats what made you so original that ur members and the songs so EVERYTHING about was original wish we still had that now but we dont and we all miss ur originality love you to death and even then i love you QUEEN
I could find no word to describe this work of art! We can say that this was the virtuosity of the sublime quintessence of the zenith of the apex of the highest degree of purity of the transcendence of wit, the height of the infinite magnificence of heaven, the incommensurability of the universal plan, streaks of impeccability and excellence magnanimous musical hits and hidden in the core of our hearts! Grand and impeccable polyphonic song! Thanks Freddie.
There has and never will be another front man like Freddie, what a showman

@lucbessonium Bands that experiment with autotune usually have a vocalist that sucks. Freddies voice is immortal and needs no autotuning or any other audio software. When Freddie sings the world listens and rejoices!
@lucbessonium You're a moron for saying that. Queen would probably suck if they were still around with the original lineup, but they would never use autotune. Use your head.
@Polyfusia Well maybe you're a moron for saying Queen would suck if they were still around.. Exactly how do you know they wouldn't have messed with autotune? I just said chances are.. and you call me a moron. Why don't you use your head and get familiar with their discography, you might find that these were four guys who weren't exactly scared of experimenting, they were open-minded unlike you.
@lucbessonium Queen might still be great if they were around. It's impossible to say. I can however say fairly confidently that they would not have ever used autotune, for a few reasons. Autotune is for people who can't sing, like Kanye West. Freddie Mercury was a terrific singer. Secondly, it's only appeared in pop and R&B tunes. Not classic rock. Lastly, none of the rock bands from that era have used autotune in their recent work. So at the end of the day, I can only say they probably wouldn't
Everyone is talking about Freddie (RIP), but what about Brian? He is still alive, so we don't have to care? Come on! Without such a guitarist they couldn't have had such concerts. Just think about it!

ATTENTION ALL 'QUEEN' FANS !! On September 5th, Freddie's 65th b-day, we will be watching Bohemian Rhapsody repeatedly all day to boost it's view count up to at the least 700,000,000 views. The energy and life in this man, the joy he brought, I want to cry thinking of how five years later he would be gone. I thought about him the other day and the thought of being him knowing death was inevitable put me in a panic for him. How strong a human being he was. So so sad.
@queenmethirteen it is very sad. But each of us in our own way know that our death's are inevitable. The only thing we can do is try to live life to the fullest and enjoy our time here while we have it. It's pretty much what Freddie Mercury did all his life!
@bipedocerebral I agree. He will always live on through his music, in our thoughts and in our hearts. I was very young when Queen was at their height of popularity I can appreciate them now and it just goes to show how classic their music will always be.
@forgil But only in the 1984-1986, right? Next short-time member was Moorgan Fischer. He was playing on keyboard in the 1982-1984. This information is from the internet.
simply brilliant..Freddie Mercury had the most purely perfect voice I have ever heard.. an Amazing song writer, he designed Queens logo.chose their name in part because it is regal and absolute.he was the Greatest Frontman EVER.he was loyal to his friends shy and sweet in his private life..he was part of something so rare Queen .Brian May guitar master Roger Taylor extrodonary drummer John Deacon fantastic bass I was lucky them in concert '77 and'78 nothing like them.will always miss Freddie
He was the so-called "fifth member of Queen" who helped them out during live shows. I'm not sure but I think that he has played the piano during some recordings as well.
If I can have 1 wish, I wish for Freddie Mercury coming down from Heaven and give a Rock concert with the rest of the members with their long hairs again. I don't give a F about world peace, it's not gonna happen.
I agree! Where can we vote to have Freddie Mercury knighted for his contribution to music. There has been no one like him since, and there never will be anyone as grand as King Mercury! It's about time. Calling all fans......Petition to the Royals as soon as possible! Let's get Freddie Knighted, an Honour He Truly Deserves in Every Way! Love your Freddie! Queen Forever!
Queen, far superior to other rock bands becuase they were all highly intelligent guys. They didn't let their egos get in the way, they all contributed and thought as one, which kept them together for so long and if Freddie were still here they'd still be doing it I'm sure.

simply brilliant..Freddie Mercury had the most purely perfect voice I have ever heard.. an Amazing song writer, he designed Queens logo.chose their name in part because it is regal and absolute.he was the Greatest Frontman EVER.he was loyal to his friends shy and sweet in his private life..he was part of something so rare Queen .Brian May guitar master Roger Taylor extrodonary drummer John Deacon fantastic bass I was lucky them in concert '77 and'78 nothing like them.will always miss Freddie

@kingdiamond69
