  • He does throw like seppo raty! He's very flexible too, nice throw!

  • i see a little Seppo Raty in his technique...

  • lol it looks like it didnt go 226 but i believe it the kid looks strong

  • thats incredible how he can throw that far without sprinting any faster than that

  • He just broke the record today for highschool boys he threw 244

  • Nice throw, isn't the national record 227ish? He should smash that this year.

  • @mestfan123 yeah he threw 255 the other day

  • AWESOME throw, and for everyone here saying he has bad technique, I beg to differ!

  • I know throwing is in his genes. BUT just watching him over and over I dont see how he throws that far. But he finds a way throw it long and hard

  • @track324

I don't know what video you're watching, but you obviously do not know what you're talking about.

  • @track324 Just really fast arm. I gotta admit his technique does not look that awesome but ok :p

  • anyone who comments on this video: sammy is way better than you.

  • i dont understand how he throws that far. i know his family is a genious on throwing but how does this kid throw far? is he all technique or somthin because he looks very weak to me. but other then that he is legit

  • any advice to the crousers is ruled as WRONG unless you're a coach, professional, or family member. If not, i think they'd know a bit more

  • To improve for starters land the plant where the foot is pointing straight ahead (12:00) and with the foot under the left shoulder when facing forward. Having it land and turned in restricts the hips and can damage the knee.
