These are my friends that are adopting these twins but I am also adopting from Romania. Adoptions are CLOSED. I have lived here for 6 years in order to gain residency to adopt as a Romanian would. That is the only way to adopt from Romania.

Did you adopt from Romania or Moldova? My husband (who's romanian) and I were told that Romania was closed for adoption.
