One of the greatest dance performance in the history of film in my opinion.... but why change the music from the film...right song but wrong recording...this was choreographed and filmed to a particular arrangement. You just can't change it.

Can't really say enough about this! Great! I don't think there has ever been a dancer more graceful than Fred Astaire. He teamed up with so many wonderful dancers. And Cyd was one my most favorite of his partners. How come we don't see beauty like this on the screen today? I'm glad I lived through this era and got to truly enjoy such greats as these two. Wonderful! Tks
No way, I'm afraid. I fell in love with Cyd Charisse when we first met in the 1940s. She was on the silver screen and I was in the audience so she never knew of my undying love. Pity, because I was a much better dancer than Fred Astaire.
