I'm confused, he germinated and planted the seeds off the female plants he grew with a male plant then he took cuttings off another female plant he had growing for ages and planted them. Would I be right in saying he grew the seedlings in one half of the year and the cutting in the other half? or did he mix both together in the same plot?

@ewok4life00 if you are trying to grow and end up with male and female plants, then the males will pollenate the females and then you will end up with tiny buds and loads of unwanted seeds, if you spot any male plants you have to get rid of them straight away.
