  • The video is good. But exercise alone won't help you achieve the body you wanted it should always be complemented with an effective diet. I do know a link of a site that gives workout plans and exercises you could use to follow in order to gain lean muscles and develop a lean muscular look you look after. Youtube doesn't alllow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.

  • type in "give me 4 week abs" in the youtube box and click on the video with hearts in the title to learn how to get a 6 pack in 4 weeks.

  • Ok, imagine you have two boxes both the same size fill one with lead and the other with aluminum, which one is going to weigh more? The lead of coarse, because it has more density, muscle has more density than fat, therefore muscle weighs more than fat.

  • sorry to sound repetitive. The question does muscle weigh more than fat has a simple answer. that is no it is a myth. muscle is simply 3x the density than fat.

  • when working out you have to work out in moderation . exceeding over 45 min is TOO long and you must have a controled diet. doing this will build muscle mass in weeks. not possible gain 10 pounds in 1 week.

  • You both are fools. A person varies in weight throughout the day +or- 5lbs. Without a fat % test, the scale has no meaning. You don't know if the weight gain is from water, fat, or even just after a meal. And a 6-10lb muscle gain in one week is highly unlikely...even with steroids.

  • how much protein are you taking before and after a workout?

  • It was a calculation we used and it was

    .8g of protein for each pound of body weight

    Workout protein intake = (.8 * your bodyweight in lbs)

    OR (.4g * your bodyweight in kg)

    It's a little recipe that really helped us put on the extra pounds.

    We also added almost double the amount of carbs mixed with water to our workout drinks as well.

  • Thanx for leaving the comment dandunk, I'm working on writing up our diet plan right now. I'm probably going to post it up on our blog. I'll let you know when I post it.

    In the meantime what's your diet look like?

  • I dont really have a planned out diet i have just been eating more than i usualy do and eating a lot of tuna and peanut butter

  • milk, chicken, steak all that kinf of stuff. But I'm not able to eat alot in one shot, so I eat like 4 small meals everyday and I take whey protein. do you have any workout routine and diet that you could post me? thx!

  • I'll be sure to post some info on our diet and workout routine cuz I think that might help alot of people. But just taking a look at what you said, if you want to build more muscle you're going to have to eat more meals each day. I eat AT LEAST 6 small meals a day. And a good rule of thumb is to eat more than your body in protein each day if you want to build muscle fast.

  • All we did was eat the ALOT (and I mean ALOT) of the "right" things at the right time and trained HARD. And most of all we stayed consistent with our diet and workout routine.

    What did your diet look like when you were gaining those 10 lbs?
