got it all up and running but it lags sooo bad and i can run GTA4 on full on my pc? can you help?

@WillJPalmer what Screen Res are you using? mine would lag bad aswell, so I put it down to 1024x640 & I'm get 30 fps every time and very little lag :) hope this helps
