  • ( ( (((wow))) ) ) :p never never heard it like this, just perfect. Thanks for uploading, very nice indeed :)

  • Being that hes playing on a "Steinway and Sons", I have a feeling that Steinway, and all his sons, felt chills up and down their spines when this was played. Dead or alive.

  • Very atrocious sound and recording.

  • Very very very difficult... but very well done. I'd love to play this, but I'm not that good :(

  • Wow, this is really beautifully played. Anyone that can play this song is great. If only the sound quality ws a little better.

  • Bravo!

  • great!!!!!

  • Beautiful. :)

  • FRIGHTENING!

  • I like your performance very much! Excellent control and tempos. Bravo!

  • Great and beautiful performance.

  • duh

  • It depends on what each individual finds difficult:different physiques and temperments have different strenghts and weaknesses. This, and Feux Follies both take great skill and endurance, and because of this their musicality can be ignored: they're not just great studies, they're great music (like Chopin's). However giving a beautiful performance of a Mozart slow movement is just as difficult!

  • Bravo!! A truly virutuosic performance!... But this is not just a display of force as is usual with this piece. I love the way each variation has a different character: there's drama and poetry here! I was captivated!

  • Greatest etude, in my opinion, is the last one of the 12 Transcendentals

  • dude this is number 4

  • I know. I wasn't refering to this.

  • Either this or his 5th Transcendental Etude, Feux Follets.

  • I quite like this performance.

  • hello, I like your version very much, I listened to many versions (beresovsky, arrau, cziffra) and I think yours is very good

  • Shevchenko?

  • master piece

  • Great performance though a bit on the slow side. I like your beginning before and during the cadenza. Though on the first section of the recurring melody, the pickup notes in the melody were going far too fast.

  • hey! great performance. great technic, musical and powerful. i like it!!

how long have you been playing the piano? how long has it took to learn this piece?
