Yes Lolita is still in her hideous teacup. As Mr Hertz seems unable to do the right thing the least we could do is to stop supporting him. Stop going to Miami Seaquarium and when Lolita starts costing him money see how much he 'loves' her then. He would be driving her to the sea himself if it took one dollar out of his enormous pockets.

As for Tokitae/Lolita, she committed no crime yet has been in the smallest prison cel and stayed alive for no other reason but to do the same repetitive tricks for 40 years now...Sick. The dolphins have a bigger tank than Lolita, she must be so lonely in her teacup pool. Orcas are family animals, she deserves to spend time with other Orcas. What a sad place Miami Seaquarium is. The days of treating animals this way are over.
