@Lethalstorm I have researched allot into this case as well as the case files. I never came across anything like that. If you do have this info please show me where because I seen nothing connection the WM3 to this at all. besides the proven false confessions and the knife. which had no dna.
I hear Johnny Depp has distanced himself from this case. Is it possible he no longer believes so strongly in the WM3? Maybe some of the sheep would wake up if he publicly changed his mind since so many of you seem to only believe in biased documentaries and celebrities.
@Lethalstorm you can keep defending a murderer if you want guy,but look at the profile. whoever did this obviously had to have connection with these boys. in one of hobbs confessions he admits to being in the woods. he was a butcher with a violent past. a rap sheet as long as king kong. As the old saying goes. If the shoe fits...
@ATLienInfamous You are the one defending three convicted child killers, not me. In all of Jessie Misskelley's confessions he admits the three beat, tortured, and killed the three children. One of these confessio took place months after he was convicted with JM's attorney Daniel Stidham advising him not to say anything, yee did anyway because his guilt was eating away at him. The WM3 each had violent criminal history before they committed the murders. Read the case files.
@ATLienInfamous Funny that you mention shoes. How about the muddy boots they found at Jason Baldwin's residence that had clean brand new shoelaces, most likely because he used the original laces to tie up one of the boys he helped murder. You won't hear about that in any of the Paradise Lost movies because the filmmakers like to conveniently leave out any details that might make the WM3 look guilty.
@Lethalstorm There was at least two adults I know that were witnesses. I dont know if you fully watched Paradise Lost 3,but you need to watch it if ya havent. Everyone has their own opinion on who did it and mine is that it was Terry.
@Lethalstorm And also they were never questioned by the police because Hobbs was never a person of interest, he also moved mutiple times to avoid further altercations.
@Lethalstorm The information about the witness's I am refering to was all in "Paradise Lost 3" they never came forward because they said they figured Terry would tell the truth when asked about where he was during the time it happened. And by the time they figured out the truth that he lied it was too late because they never properly investigated Hobbs like they should have.
TERRY HOBBS IS THE MURDERER!! His Dna was found at the crime scene. Not any of the WM3 was and that's fact. Also his story was changed multiple times when asked where he was at the time the kids went missing. Also more then 2 witnesses say they seen Terry last talking to those boys. And Terry's nephew admited to some of his friends that the "Hobbs Family Secret" was that Terry killed those kids. Look it up if you dont believe me.
@ATLienInfamous The DNA you are referring to was a hair that only proves one thing- Stevie Branch lived in the same house as Terry Hobbs, his stepfather. The WM3 had their ever changing alibis torn apart by the prosecution during the trials. I'd like to know how these witnesses that saw TH talking to the kids managed to avoid talking to police in '93 when they went missing and were found dead, and during the trials in '94. Sounds like the nephew is looking for his 15 minutes tbh.
Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley murdered three 8 year old children for no reason and are free today because some celebrities stuck their noses and money where it doesn't belong.
I know this is probably crazy, or "way out there".....but based on the timeframe in which these murders were committed......is there any chance that OJ Simpson could have been responsible?
and that kid that baldwin confessed too. what did he have to gain? he was a free man. as for the counselor telling that kid the details of the crime, thats bullshit. i've worked as a correction officer and you dont talk to the inmates that way. i'm not sure but it may be illegal cuz it can get the other inmates fired up and try to hurt the baby killer. i've watched and read everything i can find and i think they did it. i think the killers are free and thats very sad cuz those kids got slaughter
@edthehead916 Well you are not very smart "cuz" you did not study the case from start to finish. Any retard can see how weak their evidence was and how the judge kept dismissing evidence that supported the defendants, like the fact that there was a black guy at the truck wash Blue Beacon in the womans bathroom covered in blood, the evidence collection was lost. The fact that the kids were dosed with the same drug the father of Christopher used. There are many holes in the case, too many.
@Warpath2198 i wrote cuz because i was running out of room and your not very nice. i only went by what i've read on the internet and the documentaries. i'm not smart because i dont agree with you? i would hear your side of the argument but not if your going to throw mean spirited words like retard. thats not nice. do you make fun of all handicap people or just "retards"?
what about the girls that heard damien say he did it? and why did damien lie about why he changed his name? and not being familiar with alister crowley? my understanding was dna can link you to a crime scene not not link you. if my dna was at my neighbors house then it's proof that i was there. if there isnt any of my dna found does that mean i wasnt there? this isnt gonna be to popular on here but i think they did it and it has nothing to do with their musical tastes
@edthehead916@edthehead916 There was no "DNA" linking anything. The blood on the necklace was the same type as the boy Christopher which was also shared by 11% of the entire world...The girls later said their story was false in another taped interview to police. Not to mention when they lied the murders were already all over the media. Hearsay is not evidence. Years later the boys were re-examined and the boy Christopher had bite marks all over his face and his inner thigh.
@edthehead916 In child abuse investigations children can have bite marks on their face and head typically from a woman and the bite sucking marks on his inner leg is probably from an ashamed pedophile taking out his frustrations on the boy. So the boys probably knew the man or man/woman combo. Children are also typically abused by a step parent, especially by step fathers. Terry was a step father and he fits the FBI's profile.
@edthehead916 Terry's seizure meds were found in all 3 boys systems. Terry was barely investigated and a knife was found in his bedroom drawer and the blood on the knife matched the same type of the boy Christopher was stabbed by a serrated knife. The stepfather changed his story when he was confronted with this evidence. If I was a betting man, I would bet on the stepfather not 3 teens who were early adopters of Wicca.
@Warpath2198 This is absolutely false. Obviously you've never researched the actual case files and facts of the case like so many other sheep. If you had, you would know the only drug present in either of the boys system was Carbamazepine, an anticonvulsant and mood stabilizing drug. Sub-therapeutic levels were detected in the blood of Christopher Byers, meaning he most likely hadn't taken his meds that day.
@Warpath2198 Also you are describing the knife that was given to the HBO PL doc crew by John Mark Byers, the man who WM3 supporters claimed killed the boys for 15 years. Jump on another bandwagon. Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley are rightfully convicted child murderers. That is all.
It is hard to believe that stepfather Terry Hobbs was powerful enough to silence the prosecutor. Every May, early in May, oftentimes on May Day, Satanic cults do bloodletting rituals. We are referring to the most powerful people on Earth.
And in the justice eyes white people are'nt capable of doing shit wrong and y'll aint shit you walk around with yo nose in the air and all the time you got dead bodies laying around yo house. And the police so stupid they'll come to your house and will not search it for shit, until years later after you then killed up everybody or kidnapp little kids and keep them for half there life and the cops be on the right path and dont they never search white people houses
@1jusdastud shut the fuck up ..you sound stupid as fuck where does slavery play apart in this court case?...get your head out of your ass and stop living in the 1800s.
only problem in this situation is that these are white boys and lets pick some one else to blame other than a white man. Case closed we just give these murdering inbreeds 18 years time served just to please the victims family for the moment and eventually we will set them free. The father is a total idiot
If They didnt do it, Who did? Is all I want to know. I believe they are capable of doing this and did kill these three innocent boys because 1. there in a racist ass town 2. there was witnesses whom said they admitted to doing the killings 3. white folks been innocent for centries now 4. Its just the same as when balcks were being hanged and murdered in the 50's and 60's and getting away with it
It wasn't the fact that Echols looked like a witch wanna be that sold me on the fact they did it, the just looked like they did it during the first trial. If I was accused of something like that, I would be freaking out, these guys looked subdued, like someone that has been found out. And the fact that Jesse gave details about the last kid running away, matches up with the fact that the one kid was found away from the others. Enough said, these sick fucks did it
A new confession was posted recently, goto callahan.8k.com/images3/jm_2_8_94_statement/ and read Jesse's bible confession. See if you still think they are innocent....
@DrOprahVonPenishat; Thats your opinion then. Everybody has their own opinions which is perfectly fine.
Anyways, lately I've read alot about this case and its abs shit how the supposedly professionals handled it all, no matter if they were under pressure or whatever else. Now they have messed up with these three's lives, and made it harder, maybe even impossible to find the real killer/s.
What if i listen to metal and know what it's like to be an outsider, agree that the investigation and trial were a mockery and think they were presumed guilty before it was proven because of how they look but.... still think they did it???
Gitchell and every cop who framed these three should be sent to prision for the lenght of time that these three had to serve. It was a frame up from start to finish.
If they make a non-documentary film about this, I think Tobey Maguire should grow long hair, use younger makeup, and play Damien Echols. He'd be the perfect choice. Josh Hartnett could play Jessie Misskelley, Chester Bennington from Linkin Park could play Jason Baldwin, and Brad Pitt could put some weight and a Southern accent so he could play John Mark Byers. I've heard they are gonna make a movie like that. Should be interesting. Hope they get some good stars like that...
@24TV1 I dunno...I have mix feelings about that. Is it right for people to make money off of something so tragic? Yes, I know a lot of people has already done that. But I still think it's wrong.
Terry Hobbs' hair and the DNA of his friend was AT THE FUCKING CRIME SCENE. And yet neither are suspects. Of course, that's paltry evidence compared to listening to Marilyn Manson and a shitsea of hearsay.
THIS is why I'm against Jury's. Justice should be handled by professionals and there should be an independant orgisation to check for critical errors in cases. Jury's are always biast, it will take a long time for a case to come forth...by that time people will already have read stuff about it in the papers on seen on the news....and those arn't always reliable.
What saddens me is that the real killer or killers will never be found, because although the WM3 have been released the police still insist that they are the murderers, so they are not going to open a new investigation or look anywhere else. That means that whoever committed these crimes has gotten away with it.
Im glad there out if you can imagine being in jail and your rap is killing kids your meat! Fuck these southern fat fuckin bible wielding fucks who are essentially witch hunters! Yeah I said it!
@547923086 i like you. you are a fun person to talk with. i'm interested in this case how about you? i also think about the bombs and weapons that go into killing children around the world in conflicts, wars, police actions (lol) etc.. things like that are interesting. as well as other serial killer cases.
@547923086 Why are you on this page? Are you obsessed with this case? Are you a loser fucking fanboy who is obsessed with discussing the case with me on this page which is about the wm3?
@manillahophmyer you are on this page watching this video and engaging in conversation about this case. are you OBSESSED with this fucking case do you even look up any videos on youtube besides wm3?
@7pretty7 u need to realise you just said he didnt fail then you say he did fail all in the same sentance. they didnt lie to him he did have deception detected and thats what they told him not that he had deception detected on certain questions. they did good police work and were doing what they were supposed to do.
@7pretty7 and the question he was detected as having deception on were these; 1. ever been in robin hood hills? 2. ever took part in devil worship? 3. are you (jessie) involved in the murder of the 3 little boys?, 4.do you know who killed the 3 little boys? ALL of these questions were questions he answered no to and deception was detected on all. you might want to do some research yourself before you make yourself look stupid again. callahan.8k.com ,documents index under jessie miskelly jr
@volhead49 read again..anyway they are not admissible in court cause they are UNREALIABLE..The Green River Killer PASSED and he MURDERED MORE THAN 50 WOMAN. So much for that. That is why they didn't use it in court..THEY ARE INNOCENT SOWHO CARE what YOU think ..FREE AT LAST
@manillahophmyer It's cool that you're out of the closet now dude. I'm sure that your family and friends will understand. Go be gay with your new WM3 butt lovers.
@manillahophmyer So you're now sure that you are gay then. Ok good to know; at least you're out of the closet, that's a first step. Everyone applaud manillahophmyer for choosing to finally admit how queer he is.
@manillahophmyer I have no feelings about it at all. It really won't be too long until Misskelley gives someone an interview and confesses to the whole thing again. It seem that you are the one who is emotionally invested in this case as a die hard WM3 fan boy. I'm sure that you're waiting your turn to get gay with echols in his new crib.
@manillahophmyer Compare Misskelley's transcripts to this one: pbs(dot)org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/kinkel/etc/confesst(dot)html
Under your standard, all confessions in which the police "led" the suspect are the product of coercion. And even if you discount the first confession, how do you account for all the others INCLUDING the 4th confession I cited to you earlier?
@manillahophmyer Dude, you're just not living in reality. Let me break it down for you. First, he was given a polygraph, which he failed. Then he was interrogated, during which time he admitted what happened. After his story was completely out, the cops told him they needed him to make the statement under oath and by recording. Going through the previously made confession with him verbally in this fashion is NORMAL. It happens all the time in police offices AND in court.
@manillahophmyer This approach is quite normal in both confessions and under cross examination. But these cops are not lawyers so they could be said to have led a direct witness in some place. That, however, does not rise to the level of coercion. In order for there to be coercion, they would have had to threaten him in some way with either physical violence or some other consequence unrelated to the crime committed; like arresting his dad on a bullshit charge. None of that happened.
@manillahophmyer There were more confessions as he told his story to more people than those I've listed. Limiting the number at four is best in deference to the evidence because those four are the most reliable instances where it is claimed he made a confession and, in fact, two of those instances are undeniable because he was recorded. Point exactly to the areas in the confession that indicate coercion. The first confession was less then 5 hours, NOT 12 as is often claimed.
@manillahophmyer He confessed once to police under oath on 3 June 93; this is the so-called "coerced" confession (which has NEVER been established by anyone as being the product of coercion). He then confessed again on 17 Feb 94 also under oath but this time to prosecutors and in the presence of his attorneys who told him NOT to make the confession. There were many other confessions in between these two and after. The transcripts can be found at callahan(dot)8k9(dot)com/wm3/jmfeb(dot)html
@manillahophmyer Once again, Misskelley confessed FOUR TIMES. One of those times was Misskellye confessing in front of his lawyers to prosecutors under oath; the lawyers advised him NOT to do it but he did anyway. You can find all that shit on youtube; it's all there. FOUR TIMES, not just in the back of a police car while he's riding off to prison; FOUR TIMES with different people over the course of several months.
@xChuckNorrisKickx HA. . . .none of his confessions ever matched what really happened. Oh, by the way the confession to the police on the way to jail wasn't recorded. No one will believe that after what just happened to him regarding the trial.
@manillahophmyer You just believe everything that you "hear" about this case don't you? Anything that seems to favor these three psychopathic murderers you just eat it up, particularly if delivered from some pop culture fag loving leftist. Once again, Hobbs is a suspect, but he is NOT the most likely culprit(s). The MOST LIKELY murderers are the WM3. I can accept an argument that one confession might have been coerced, but THREE MORE? Over several months? WTF??
@manillahophmyer No, wrong, that is not true. That is a myth created by the defense. He was not "led through" by the cops on what to say. You've swallowed the pop culture mythology perfectly; I'm sure the dixie chicks with dicks would be proud of you.
@manillahophmyer If Hobbs confessed FOUR TIMES over a period of months to different people, I would make no such claim. FOUR TIMES! Hypnosis is bullshit. They were released on a multitude of technicalities. The prosecutors belieived they did not have enough evidence to risk a new trial, although they could have and might have won. In order to ensure that these three remained convicted felons, they offered the plea deal, which all three immediately took. They plead guilty to these murders.
@manillahophmyer Ok so you must know that he confessed more than one time right? There were a total of FOUR confessions. Two to the cops, one to prosecutors with his own lawyers present AND advising him NOT to make the confession, and one to the officers driving him off to prison. These were made at different times and to different people. The one made to prosecutors, by the way, was made under a total grant of immunity, so he had no motivation at that point to lie his way out of anything.
@manillahophmyer While there is a lack of physical evidence against them, the deciding factor is the Misskelley confessions. There were over 4 in total. They were given at different times and to different people. While differing slightly, they were specific enough to detail a consistent account of the crimes. The prosecution was politically motivated and stupid in my opinion; they should have waited to prosecute. Yet they are the guys who did this and they would have eventually cracked.
@manillahophmyer Oh, and also, did you know that the daughter named Amanda was only 4 years old at the time the alleged abuse occurred? Hobbs and his wife seperated shortly thereafter and Amanda left with the mom. Then the divorce proceedings started. How well do you remember what happened to you when you were around 4 years old? Do you think a 4 year old who had been 1) physically beaten and 2) sexually abused would escape notice? Maybe, but not likely.
@manillahophmyer Who knows? Maybe it's true. Then again, in the family context, there are many motivations. Maybe she hates her father. Maybe the mother has convinced her of it through "therapy" or "recovered memories" BS. Read up on these types of allegations in divorce and custody cases. It is not uncommon for at least one child to continue to repeat the bogus allegations even as adults. Yet for all his beatings/abuse, no physical evidence ever emerged through those years; very curious.
@manillahophmyer And to correct what you wrote, what you meant to say was that she testified as an adult that when she was a child her father did those things. What you wrote would make it seem that she claimed her father molested her when she was an adult, which makes no sense of any kind.
@manillahophmyer I know that this is what she testified to. My point is that years earlier Hobbs' wife made the same allegations during the divorce/custody hearing. This is where the allegations FIRST surfaced. The subsequent testimony made during the civil trial is just a repeat of that testimony the mother gave during the divorce trial. Whether it's true, I cannot say. What I can say is that it is questionable given the context.
@manillahophmyer In addition, and to emphasize this fact, they DID NOT find Hobb's DNA at the scene. That is another false rumor and red herring. What was found was a hair that contained mDNA; that is, mitochondrial DNA passed by the mother. This type of DNA can only be used to exclude or not exclude a person as the owner of the DNA. The problem is that many people carry the same mDNA. This means that while Hobbs cannot be excluded, many hundreds of thousands of others cannot as well.
@manillahophmyer First, his DNA was NOT found on Moore. It was found in a knot on the rope used to tie Moore. That is quite a difference. It would also not be very persuasive against Hobbs for all the same reason cited before; his son and his son's friend (Moore) spent many days together in the house where Hobbs also lived. Hobbs has no sex crime convictions; that is simply wrong. And yes, the allegations were part of a divorce proceeding; that is where they first aired long ago.
@manillahophmyer You realize that the allegations against Hobbs for abuse against his spouse/kids are just that right; ALLEGATIONS. They were never proven because there was actually no evidence for them beyond the word of his ex-wife in the context of a white trash child custody/support/divorce proceeding. How many other such divorce and custody proceedings do you think involved the exact same unsubstantiated allegations? Maybe he did do those things, I have no idea. Yet there is no proof.
@manillahophmyer Did you even take the time to READ my goddamn posts? Do I have to repeat myself again? I never said that petty crime "is proof that they're (sic) capable of murder." What is said, quite clearly, is that they were initially investigated, along with other petty criminals, because it is a small community and in such small communities it is normal police procedure to question the known criminals first. When this happened, Misskelley cracked and confessed; get it?
@manillahophmyer Wrong; there is not "twice as much evidence" against Hobbs. The ONLY piece of anything that could be considered evidence is the hair found at the scene that does not RULE OUT Hobbs. The problem is that it is mDNA, which means it also does not rule out may hundreds of thousands of either people either. In other words, the hair sample does not connect him, although if it did, it would be EXPECTED to as the boy lived in his house. That is not the girl who I am talking about.
@manillahophmyer There is no "mountain of evidence" you clown. Wow you're fucking stupid aren't you? Simply because someone may have seen a person many hours BEFORE the crime occurred does not point a strong finger at that same person unless there is other good evidence; there simply isn't here. Misskelley did not brag about the crimes, that is what Echols did. Misskelley confessed, under oath, several times and BEFORE he went to prison fool.
@manillahophmyer I don't deny for a second that Hobbs is not a suspect; he is just not the most LIKELY suspect(s). The most likely are these three and the state of Arkansas, to this day, finds this also to be the case. The large, glaring, signboard sized clue is Misskelley's 4 or more confessions to that effect over a period of several months to different persons.
@manillahophmyer Also, the claims that he beat his wife/children are just allegations. There is no supporting evidence. This goes for the sex abuse allegations as well. It is worth noting, however, that these rather old allegations surfaced in the context of a child custody/support case. If you know anything about white trash child custody/support cases, then you know that these allegations are par for the course. He was seen with them MANY HOURS before the estimated time of the murders.
@manillahophmyer How about that Hobbs IS NOT a "convicted sex offender"; if you say he is, direct us to the conviction record. You don't know much about DNA do you? First it was mitochondrial DNA; that means that Hobbs, along with MILLIONS of other people, could not be EXCLUDED as owning that particular hair. Second, any person who lives with another is going to have DNA from that other person all over them all the time. They carry it around with them on a daily basis.
This documentary was on, i caught just the last hour but was amazed at the lack of evidence the police had. The one that stood out to me was the Hobbs man- no tears, eyes full of guilt. Usually they start with the closest people to the victims, namely the family members. This man is never seen or heard talking about the crime or even being interviewed. I then watched both 1 and 2 and got chills watching this monster trying to hide and stay aloof.
There are some law enforcemnt officers involved with this case that belong in jail. These three men were completly innocent. They were railroaded intentioinally to benifit public officials and others. Demand justice people. This wrong must be righted once and for all.
Most of you people are either delusional or simply ignorant of the many facts in this case. These three are the most likely suspects. There are no better suspects for these murders. The fact that you have allowed yourselves to swallow the pop-culture hollywood kool-aid is most distressing and simply proves how credulous and gullible most people are.
@MrGoblin781 WHY? because he dresses the way he does? because he wears that silly mustache? Because they play that creepy music when he's on screen? DO YOU SEE THE IRONY
Gary Gitchell should be charged with bribery, corruption, and with the false imprisonment of those three boys. The guy is a horrible man, along with the persons responsible for the deaths of those three boys.
@peteyson5 gitchell [the idiot] is just like a lot of detectives in the south his training came from a crackerjack box.but what you have here is southern justice which is a deal made in a back room or at a restaurant where all the ' good ole boys hang out '..its nothing new in the south all poor people who have served time no it well.crooked cops and DA feed a idiot judge a lot of BS and someone is going to do time.in this case it seems that gitchell and his henchmen just lied there asses off.
@publicenemynumerouno are you saying that the boys have been rightly locked up with no substantial evidence? As this is implied intentionally or otherwise, if so you are the kind of person that leads to miscarriages of justice, if not I retract my statement.
NOT GUILTY. The true murderer needs to be caught still. Very sad, the whole situation all around. I am glad that these young men have been set free. I hope that the true murderer is punished.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@octoberfire13 FUCK YOU HOW CAN YOU THINK THESE BASTARDS ARE NOT GUILTY. FUCK YOU I FUCKING RAPE YOUR MOM AND FUCK THE GUTS OUT OF HER IF I HAD THE CHANCE. ITS ONLY ALL YOU WHITES BITCHES WHO WANNA BELIEVE THESE THREE KILLERS ARE INNOCENT FUCK YOU
@octoberfire13 What really sucks is that, they are no longer young men, and their youth and all those experiences were robbed from them. And aside from the deaths of the boys, that's the saddest thing of this whole case.
@octoberfire13 I completely agree!! How sad is it that someone like O.J. Simpson, with all his prestige and money gets away with such a brutal crime, yet 3 innocent boys lose half their lives based on stereotyping, religion(wicca...I myself am wiccan as well), financial status and looks so that some asshole hillbilly cop can keep their jobs!! thank the Goddess they are now free, as they should be!!!
@octoberfire13 You are right. But there is something you left out. This has changed those boys lives FOREVER and many years of their childhood has been stolen from them.
@Sinjinator It's worth noting that the DNA evidence WM3 supporters tout is "similar" to 1 percent of the population (including Hobbs) and 7 percent of the population (including Jacoby).
@isaiddevilyoulied There IS physical evidence... Fibers found on the victims’ clothes matched clothes seized from Echols’ and Baldwin’s homes. All three victims had been hogtied with their own shoelaces, and the crime lab found three different kinds of knots. Blue candle wax on one victim’s shirt was similar to blue candle wax found in Damien Echols’ bedroom. There was blood on a necklace belonging to Echols consistent with victim Branch.
The wm3, in a plea deal, admitted that they killed the 3 boys.
The defendants by acknowledging there was sufficient evidence towards guilt pretty much destroyed the supporter efforts to dismiss the evidence. All these years of back & forth between "nons" & "supporters" arguing about if there was sufficient evidence only to have the 3 convicted admit there was.
These 3 have confessed their way right out of prison thanks to you supporters. You helped free 3 child killers. You must be very proud?
@JohnnyEggzTheII I think we've all watched too much CSI and want a smoking gun linking a suspect to a crime. There are cases out there that simply don't have much physical evidence. I think this case is one of them. That doesn't mean they're innocent.
A confession with details, yea i'm pretty sure these three are guilty. Hollywood only rushed to their aid because they were differnt, had they been clean cut boys or backwood rednecks they would still be rotting in prison.
@welkopole Actually, he didn't know any of the details, he got them all wrong. He said they were murdered at noon, but they were in school at that time. He said they were tied with brown rope, they were tied with shoelaces. He said they committed the crime there but there wasn't enough blood found... they were dumped. Did you even watch the films?
@isaiddevilyoulied If you are innocent how do you give any details? You have no details to give, you are forgetting that misskelly is as dumb as a box of rocks. Misskelly: One of the boys broke free from Damien and was running away I chassed him down an dragged him kicking and screaming back to damien.
How does that even enter your brain if you were not there? It dosent.
@welkopole If that one statement condemns him then Mark Byers should be in prison right now. He also speaks about how they were screaming and hollering, and it was caught on tape as well, you can go watch it! As for why he would say that, he was slow and had an IQ of 72, and only the last 45 minutes of the interview was taped. How do you know that the police didn't lead him to say that? Exactly you don't! He believed what he was told, that if he confessed he would be saved.
@isaiddevilyoulied Misskelley was not coerced into confessing to the murders during the interrogation. There is no evidence to suggest he was threatened or harmed. Misskelley is not retarded--not by the legal definition. He may be dimwitted, but that doesn't make him retarded.
@welkopole Did you listen to the tape? The police were telling him what to say when he would get a detail wrong! they say stuff like, don't you mean at night.... it's was ridiculous!
@isaiddevilyoulied Yea I just listened to it again, find it on youtube, It just reaffirms what i already know, that they are guilty. Way to many details for an innocent man( know matter how slow) to give up.
@isaiddevilyoulied Not true. Jessie Misskelley did know certain details of the crime that had not been released to the public. Misskelley correctly identified which boy had been cut on his face (Branch), which boy had been cut on his groin (Byers) and which boy had not been cut at all (Moore). Misskelley later admitted what he said about the rope and time of murders was part of a ruse to throw police off.
@ted818283 Yeah I bet he knew those details after he confessed, the police only spent 12 hours forcing him to look at pictures of the crime scene! I'm sure those images would be burned into your memory too! And really? Do you really think that they could wash blood out of dirt? The water would soak into the dirt, that is how science works. They were found in the middle of the fucking forrest, you know where animals are always killing each other?
@isaiddevilyoulied There's no reason to believe the police revealed certain details of the crime to the suspect, especially ones that prove his guilt. And I don't understand why it's not plausible that the 3 suspects washed away the blood from the crime scene using stream water--look at photos. The area is slick and muddy as if someone had poured water there. Whomever killed them covered up the crime scene, that's why the bodies were submerged and not found during the first search.
@ted818283 I do, dirt absorbes water. It was obvious that one of the boys wasn't killed there, he lost over 3 pints of blood. The blood would have still been there. As for the muddy part, there was a mysterious man seen in a fast food restaurant nearby that wasn't any of the 3 suspects who was covered in mud and blood. It was reported and the police failed to even investigate. The WM3 were the only suspects even considered, and I firmly believe in their innocence.
@isaiddevilyoulied It's certain two of the boys drowned. What you're suggesting is that they were drowned elsewhere and then brought to the stream. Remember, they were naked and hogtied and would have had to been brought to the stream after the search for them had begun. That much less plausible and usually the simplest explanation is the correct on--the boys were murdered in the woods.
@ted818283 Two of them were murdered in the woods, one was murdered elsewhere. He lost so much blood and no blood was found, they couldn't prove that the blood with the chemicals is human. and also the blood wouldn't wash away that quick seeing as dirt absorbs water. I get that you think they are guilty, but you can't deny that the evidence isn't there. Because of the small "evidence" they do have, all of it is circumstantial.
@isaiddevilyoulied We're so accustomed to shows like CSI and think there should always be a plethora of physical evidence at a crime scene. The truth is there are many crimes that lack physical evidence--the Casey Anthony case is one of them.
@ted818283 I do not watch CSI, but there are other people who could be the killers based on both circumstantial and physical evidence. I am going purely of knowledge I know about the case and nothing else. I've come up with my opinion on my own.
@isaiddevilyoulied That 2 were murdered in the woods and the third was murdered elsewhere seems the least plausible. All 3 were seen entering the woods and their bikes were found nearby. So 1 went home and was murdered by his father? The others for whatever reason, stayed in the woods? Why did they stay? Who kept them there?
@ted818283 That isn't even close to what I'm saying. I'm saying the place where they were found was not the place of murder for at least one of the boys. I have no idea where he was murdered, except that it wasn't there. I'm also saying, the police didn't investigate any other possibilities and that I believe the evidence points away from the boys who were convicted. The state must know that they fucked up, because they are free now.
@isaiddevilyoulied That still doesn't sound plausible. Even if 1 of the murders took place elsewhere, all 3 boys would have had to be taken to the woods while the first search was going on. Were the other two drowned during the search? That's highly unlikely. Don't assume the state fucked up, they did make some errors, but for the most part it was a solid investigation. People are too quick to assume the police there are a bunch of ignorant, incompetent rednecks.
@ted818283 Just because to you, it doesn't sound plausible, doesn't mean it didn't happen... and furthermore, you will not convince me that these 3 boys committed this crime based on your rumors and circumstantial at best evidence. What about the bite mark? What about the fact that they didn't question any of the families? What about the evidence that they openly admitted to losing? What about the man covered in mud and blood at the fast food place?
@isaiddevilyoulied Both the defense and prosecution weren't sure those mark were bite marks. Not sure whether or not the police questioned the families, I suspect they talked with them--maybe not a formal interrogation. Who openly admitted to losing? As far Mr. Bojangles, I also think this theory is highly unlikely. Mr. Bojangles was wearing a cast and would have had to restrain 3 boys. He would have also walked nearly a mile from the crime bleeding. There was no blood leading back to the scene.
@ted818283 What about the fact that Jesse Misskelley wasn't even friends with Damien Echols or Jason Baldwin? What about the motive? Thats a lot of errors for the state to make and thats not even half of the list! There is no evidence to say that they did it. I believe that they are innocent and I guess that we will just have to agree to disagree. And do you really think that I give a fuck about what you have to say @3DDSHINEDOWN2112? Cause I don't.
@isaiddevilyoulied Misskelley was probably acquainted with Echols and Baldwin, maybe not good friends. That's probably why he was the only 1 of the 3 to feel remorse for the crime. I don't think he wanted to participate, but was with them for whatever reason and helped commit the murders.
@isaiddevilyoulied@isaiddevilyoulied As far as the lack of blood at the crime scene, it is believed that the 3 teenagers used stream water to wash away blood from the crime scene. Police later used Luminol, a chemical which can reveal blood traces not visible to the naked eye. The Luminol test revealed large amounts of blood in certain areas of the crime scene and were certain the boys had been murdered there. Luminol test results were not admissible in court in Arkansas in 1994.
@ted818283 There was no way to even determine if it was even human blood! This evidence is circumstantial at best! You need to remember it was Hobbs and Jacoby's DNA found on the boys them selves and look at the other FACTS and then maybe come back to argue with me!
@isaiddevilyoulied Don't insult me. Mr. Hobbs' hair may have been on one of the boys before the crime. He probably picked it up at home. As for Mr. Jacoby's hair, the DNA evidence suggested the hair belonged to approximately 7% of the population, including Jacoby. The hair was also collected 2 weeks later from a tree stump nearby--not on the victims.
@ted818283 Yeah it could have been picked up at home I agree, but Hobbs was with the boys that day (he was seen by 2 or 3 people), and when questioned he said that he wasn't. Also there was a bite mark on one of the boys faces that matched neither of the victims or the west memphis 3. ALSO, Damien Echols has an alibi. He was on the phone with 3 different people at the time of the murders, of course the police never bothered to check it. There is more evidence to show that they didn't do it.
@isaiddevilyoulied You're talking about the Ballard/Williams/Moyer testimony. The police canvassed that neighborhood repeatedly in 1993 asking if anyone had seen the three murdered boys on May 5. How and why did these three witnesses avoid talking to police in 1993? And how do they remember the day and time so precisely sixteen years later?
@Lethalstorm I have researched allot into this case as well as the case files. I never came across anything like that. If you do have this info please show me where because I seen nothing connection the WM3 to this at all. besides the proven false confessions and the knife. which had no dna.
ATLienInfamous 1 day ago
I hear Johnny Depp has distanced himself from this case. Is it possible he no longer believes so strongly in the WM3? Maybe some of the sheep would wake up if he publicly changed his mind since so many of you seem to only believe in biased documentaries and celebrities.
Lethalstorm 1 day ago
@Lethalstorm you can keep defending a murderer if you want guy,but look at the profile. whoever did this obviously had to have connection with these boys. in one of hobbs confessions he admits to being in the woods. he was a butcher with a violent past. a rap sheet as long as king kong. As the old saying goes. If the shoe fits...
ATLienInfamous 1 day ago
@ATLienInfamous You are the one defending three convicted child killers, not me. In all of Jessie Misskelley's confessions he admits the three beat, tortured, and killed the three children. One of these confessio took place months after he was convicted with JM's attorney Daniel Stidham advising him not to say anything, yee did anyway because his guilt was eating away at him. The WM3 each had violent criminal history before they committed the murders. Read the case files.
Lethalstorm 1 day ago
@ATLienInfamous Funny that you mention shoes. How about the muddy boots they found at Jason Baldwin's residence that had clean brand new shoelaces, most likely because he used the original laces to tie up one of the boys he helped murder. You won't hear about that in any of the Paradise Lost movies because the filmmakers like to conveniently leave out any details that might make the WM3 look guilty.
Lethalstorm 1 day ago
@Lethalstorm There was at least two adults I know that were witnesses. I dont know if you fully watched Paradise Lost 3,but you need to watch it if ya havent. Everyone has their own opinion on who did it and mine is that it was Terry.
ATLienInfamous 1 day ago
@Lethalstorm And also they were never questioned by the police because Hobbs was never a person of interest, he also moved mutiple times to avoid further altercations.
ATLienInfamous 2 days ago
@ATLienInfamous They had the three murderers in custody. There was no need to question an innocent man about the murder of his stepson.
Lethalstorm 1 day ago
@Lethalstorm The information about the witness's I am refering to was all in "Paradise Lost 3" they never came forward because they said they figured Terry would tell the truth when asked about where he was during the time it happened. And by the time they figured out the truth that he lied it was too late because they never properly investigated Hobbs like they should have.
ATLienInfamous 2 days ago
@ATLienInfamous Two of these witnesses were children on the day in question. They are most likely mistaken about the date.
Lethalstorm 1 day ago
TERRY HOBBS IS THE MURDERER!! His Dna was found at the crime scene. Not any of the WM3 was and that's fact. Also his story was changed multiple times when asked where he was at the time the kids went missing. Also more then 2 witnesses say they seen Terry last talking to those boys. And Terry's nephew admited to some of his friends that the "Hobbs Family Secret" was that Terry killed those kids. Look it up if you dont believe me.
ATLienInfamous 2 days ago
@ATLienInfamous The DNA you are referring to was a hair that only proves one thing- Stevie Branch lived in the same house as Terry Hobbs, his stepfather. The WM3 had their ever changing alibis torn apart by the prosecution during the trials. I'd like to know how these witnesses that saw TH talking to the kids managed to avoid talking to police in '93 when they went missing and were found dead, and during the trials in '94. Sounds like the nephew is looking for his 15 minutes tbh.
Lethalstorm 2 days ago
Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley murdered three 8 year old children for no reason and are free today because some celebrities stuck their noses and money where it doesn't belong.

I know this is probably crazy, or "way out there".....but based on the timeframe in which these murders were committed......is there any chance that OJ Simpson could have been responsible?
KevinSaucier33 5 days ago 2
and that kid that baldwin confessed too. what did he have to gain? he was a free man. as for the counselor telling that kid the details of the crime, thats bullshit. i've worked as a correction officer and you dont talk to the inmates that way. i'm not sure but it may be illegal cuz it can get the other inmates fired up and try to hurt the baby killer. i've watched and read everything i can find and i think they did it. i think the killers are free and thats very sad cuz those kids got slaughter
edthehead916 1 week ago
@edthehead916 Well you are not very smart "cuz" you did not study the case from start to finish. Any retard can see how weak their evidence was and how the judge kept dismissing evidence that supported the defendants, like the fact that there was a black guy at the truck wash Blue Beacon in the womans bathroom covered in blood, the evidence collection was lost. The fact that the kids were dosed with the same drug the father of Christopher used. There are many holes in the case, too many.

edthehead916 1 week ago
what about the girls that heard damien say he did it? and why did damien lie about why he changed his name? and not being familiar with alister crowley? my understanding was dna can link you to a crime scene not not link you. if my dna was at my neighbors house then it's proof that i was there. if there isnt any of my dna found does that mean i wasnt there? this isnt gonna be to popular on here but i think they did it and it has nothing to do with their musical tastes
edthehead916 1 week ago
@edthehead916 @edthehead916 There was no "DNA" linking anything.
Warpath2198 1 week ago
@edthehead916 In child abuse investigations children can have bite marks on their face and head typically from a woman and the bite sucking marks on his inner leg is probably from an ashamed pedophile taking out his frustrations on the boy. So the boys probably knew the man or man/woman combo. Children are also typically abused by a step parent, especially by step fathers. Terry was a step father and he fits the FBI's profile.
Warpath2198 1 week ago
@edthehead916 Terry's seizure meds were found in all 3 boys systems. Terry was barely investigated and a knife was found in his bedroom drawer and the blood on the knife matched the same type of the boy Christopher was stabbed by a serrated knife. The stepfather changed his story when he was confronted with this evidence. If I was a betting man, I would bet on the stepfather not 3 teens who were early adopters of Wicca.
Warpath2198 1 week ago
@Warpath2198 This is absolutely false. Obviously you've never researched the actual case files and facts of the case like so many other sheep. If you had, you would know the only drug present in either of the boys system was Carbamazepine, an anticonvulsant and mood stabilizing drug. Sub-therapeutic levels were detected in the blood of Christopher Byers, meaning he most likely hadn't taken his meds that day.
Lethalstorm 9 hours ago
@Warpath2198 Also you are describing the knife that was given to the HBO PL doc crew by John Mark Byers, the man who WM3 supporters claimed killed the boys for 15 years. Jump on another bandwagon. Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley are rightfully convicted child murderers. That is all.
Lethalstorm 9 hours ago
It is hard to believe that stepfather Terry Hobbs was powerful enough to silence the prosecutor. Every May, early in May, oftentimes on May Day, Satanic cults do bloodletting rituals. We are referring to the most powerful people on Earth.

And the fact that Jesse gave details about the last kid running away, matches up with the fact that the one kid was found away from the others. Enough said, these sick fucks did it

@manillahophmyer Compare Misskelley's transcripts to this one: pbs(dot)org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/kinkel/etc/confesst(dot)html
Under your standard, all confessions in which the police "led" the suspect are the product of coercion. And even if you discount the first confession, how do you account for all the others INCLUDING the 4th confession I cited to you earlier?
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer Dude, you're just not living in reality. Let me break it down for you. First, he was given a polygraph, which he failed. Then he was interrogated, during which time he admitted what happened. After his story was completely out, the cops told him they needed him to make the statement under oath and by recording. Going through the previously made confession with him verbally in this fashion is NORMAL. It happens all the time in police offices AND in court.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer This approach is quite normal in both confessions and under cross examination. But these cops are not lawyers so they could be said to have led a direct witness in some place. That, however, does not rise to the level of coercion. In order for there to be coercion, they would have had to threaten him in some way with either physical violence or some other consequence unrelated to the crime committed; like arresting his dad on a bullshit charge. None of that happened.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer There were more confessions as he told his story to more people than those I've listed. Limiting the number at four is best in deference to the evidence because those four are the most reliable instances where it is claimed he made a confession and, in fact, two of those instances are undeniable because he was recorded. Point exactly to the areas in the confession that indicate coercion. The first confession was less then 5 hours, NOT 12 as is often claimed.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer He confessed once to police under oath on 3 June 93; this is the so-called "coerced" confession (which has NEVER been established by anyone as being the product of coercion). He then confessed again on 17 Feb 94 also under oath but this time to prosecutors and in the presence of his attorneys who told him NOT to make the confession. There were many other confessions in between these two and after. The transcripts can be found at callahan(dot)8k9(dot)com/wm3/jmfeb(dot)html
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer Once again, Misskelley confessed FOUR TIMES. One of those times was Misskellye confessing in front of his lawyers to prosecutors under oath; the lawyers advised him NOT to do it but he did anyway. You can find all that shit on youtube; it's all there. FOUR TIMES, not just in the back of a police car while he's riding off to prison; FOUR TIMES with different people over the course of several months.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@xChuckNorrisKickx HA. . . .none of his confessions ever matched what really happened. Oh, by the way the confession to the police on the way to jail wasn't recorded. No one will believe that after what just happened to him regarding the trial.
LIFER7771 3 weeks ago
@manillahophmyer You just believe everything that you "hear" about this case don't you? Anything that seems to favor these three psychopathic murderers you just eat it up, particularly if delivered from some pop culture fag loving leftist. Once again, Hobbs is a suspect, but he is NOT the most likely culprit(s). The MOST LIKELY murderers are the WM3. I can accept an argument that one confession might have been coerced, but THREE MORE? Over several months? WTF??
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer No, wrong, that is not true. That is a myth created by the defense. He was not "led through" by the cops on what to say. You've swallowed the pop culture mythology perfectly; I'm sure the dixie chicks with dicks would be proud of you.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer If Hobbs confessed FOUR TIMES over a period of months to different people, I would make no such claim. FOUR TIMES! Hypnosis is bullshit. They were released on a multitude of technicalities. The prosecutors belieived they did not have enough evidence to risk a new trial, although they could have and might have won. In order to ensure that these three remained convicted felons, they offered the plea deal, which all three immediately took. They plead guilty to these murders.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer Ok so you must know that he confessed more than one time right? There were a total of FOUR confessions. Two to the cops, one to prosecutors with his own lawyers present AND advising him NOT to make the confession, and one to the officers driving him off to prison. These were made at different times and to different people. The one made to prosecutors, by the way, was made under a total grant of immunity, so he had no motivation at that point to lie his way out of anything.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago

Yet for all his beatings/abuse, no physical evidence ever emerged through those years; very curious.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer And to correct what you wrote, what you meant to say was that she testified as an adult that when she was a child her father did those things. What you wrote would make it seem that she claimed her father molested her when she was an adult, which makes no sense of any kind.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer I know that this is what she testified to. My point is that years earlier Hobbs' wife made the same allegations during the divorce/custody hearing. This is where the allegations FIRST surfaced. The subsequent testimony made during the civil trial is just a repeat of that testimony the mother gave during the divorce trial. Whether it's true, I cannot say. What I can say is that it is questionable given the context.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer In addition, and to emphasize this fact, they DID NOT find Hobb's DNA at the scene. That is another false rumor and red herring. What was found was a hair that contained mDNA; that is, mitochondrial DNA passed by the mother. This type of DNA can only be used to exclude or not exclude a person as the owner of the DNA. The problem is that many people carry the same mDNA. This means that while Hobbs cannot be excluded, many hundreds of thousands of others cannot as well.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer First, his DNA was NOT found on Moore. It was found in a knot on the rope used to tie Moore. That is quite a difference. It would also not be very persuasive against Hobbs for all the same reason cited before; his son and his son's friend (Moore) spent many days together in the house where Hobbs also lived. Hobbs has no sex crime convictions; that is simply wrong. And yes, the allegations were part of a divorce proceeding; that is where they first aired long ago.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer You realize that the allegations against Hobbs for abuse against his spouse/kids are just that right; ALLEGATIONS. They were never proven because there was actually no evidence for them beyond the word of his ex-wife in the context of a white trash child custody/support/divorce proceeding. How many other such divorce and custody proceedings do you think involved the exact same unsubstantiated allegations? Maybe he did do those things, I have no idea. Yet there is no proof.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer Did you even take the time to READ my goddamn posts? Do I have to repeat myself again? I never said that petty crime "is proof that they're (sic) capable of murder." What is said, quite clearly, is that they were initially investigated, along with other petty criminals, because it is a small community and in such small communities it is normal police procedure to question the known criminals first. When this happened, Misskelley cracked and confessed; get it?
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer Wrong; there is not "twice as much evidence" against Hobbs. The ONLY piece of anything that could be considered evidence is the hair found at the scene that does not RULE OUT Hobbs. The problem is that it is mDNA, which means it also does not rule out may hundreds of thousands of either people either. In other words, the hair sample does not connect him, although if it did, it would be EXPECTED to as the boy lived in his house. That is not the girl who I am talking about.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer There is no "mountain of evidence" you clown. Wow you're fucking stupid aren't you? Simply because someone may have seen a person many hours BEFORE the crime occurred does not point a strong finger at that same person unless there is other good evidence; there simply isn't here. Misskelley did not brag about the crimes, that is what Echols did. Misskelley confessed, under oath, several times and BEFORE he went to prison fool.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer I don't deny for a second that Hobbs is not a suspect; he is just not the most LIKELY suspect(s). The most likely are these three and the state of Arkansas, to this day, finds this also to be the case. The large, glaring, signboard sized clue is Misskelley's 4 or more confessions to that effect over a period of several months to different persons.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago
@manillahophmyer Also, the claims that he beat his wife/children are just allegations. There is no supporting evidence. This goes for the sex abuse allegations as well. It is worth noting, however, that these rather old allegations surfaced in the context of a child custody/support case. If you know anything about white trash child custody/support cases, then you know that these allegations are par for the course. He was seen with them MANY HOURS before the estimated time of the murders.
xChuckNorrisKickx 4 months ago

That doesn't mean they're innocent.
ted818283 5 months ago
A confession with details, yea i'm pretty sure these three are guilty. Hollywood only rushed to their aid because they were differnt, had they been clean cut boys or backwood rednecks they would still be rotting in prison.
welkopole 5 months ago
@welkopole Actually, he didn't know any of the details, he got them all wrong. He said they were murdered at noon, but they were in school at that time. He said they were tied with brown rope, they were tied with shoelaces. He said they committed the crime there but there wasn't enough blood found... they were dumped. Did you even watch the films?
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied If you are innocent how do you give any details? You have no details to give, you are forgetting that misskelly is as dumb as a box of rocks. Misskelly: One of the boys broke free from Damien and was running away I chassed him down an dragged him kicking and screaming back to damien.
How does that even enter your brain if you were not there? It dosent.
welkopole 5 months ago
@welkopole Right! Why would you make that up?!
ted818283 5 months ago
@welkopole If that one statement condemns him then Mark Byers should be in prison right now. He also speaks about how they were screaming and hollering, and it was caught on tape as well, you can go watch it! As for why he would say that, he was slow and had an IQ of 72, and only the last 45 minutes of the interview was taped. How do you know that the police didn't lead him to say that? Exactly you don't! He believed what he was told, that if he confessed he would be saved.
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied Misskelley was not coerced into confessing to the murders during the interrogation. There is no evidence to suggest he was threatened or harmed. Misskelley is not retarded--not by the legal definition. He may be dimwitted, but that doesn't make him retarded.
ted818283 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied First you say he got all the details wrong, now you are saying the police lead him to say these thing? I dont follow.
welkopole 5 months ago

isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied Yea I just listened to it again, find it on youtube, It just reaffirms what i already know, that they are guilty. Way to many details for an innocent man( know matter how slow) to give up.
welkopole 5 months ago
@welkopole And that is literally your only reason? Wow... thats all I have to say about that.
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied Not true. Jessie Misskelley did know certain details of the crime that had not been released to the public. Misskelley correctly identified which boy had been cut on his face (Branch), which boy had been cut on his groin (Byers) and which boy had not been cut at all (Moore). Misskelley later admitted what he said about the rope and time of murders was part of a ruse to throw police off.
ted818283 5 months ago
@ted818283 Yeah I bet he knew those details after he confessed, the police only spent 12 hours forcing him to look at pictures of the crime scene! I'm sure those images would be burned into your memory too! And really? Do you really think that they could wash blood out of dirt? The water would soak into the dirt, that is how science works. They were found in the middle of the fucking forrest, you know where animals are always killing each other?
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied There's no reason to believe the police revealed certain details of the crime to the suspect, especially ones that prove his guilt. And I don't understand why it's not plausible that the 3 suspects washed away the blood from the crime scene using stream water--look at photos. The area is slick and muddy as if someone had poured water there. Whomever killed them covered up the crime scene, that's why the bodies were submerged and not found during the first search.
ted818283 5 months ago
@ted818283 I do, dirt absorbes water. It was obvious that one of the boys wasn't killed there, he lost over 3 pints of blood. The blood would have still been there. As for the muddy part, there was a mysterious man seen in a fast food restaurant nearby that wasn't any of the 3 suspects who was covered in mud and blood. It was reported and the police failed to even investigate. The WM3 were the only suspects even considered, and I firmly believe in their innocence.
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied You might not, but please at least look at the other evidence...
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied It's certain two of the boys drowned. What you're suggesting is that they were drowned elsewhere and then brought to the stream. Remember, they were naked and hogtied and would have had to been brought to the stream after the search for them had begun. That much less plausible and usually the simplest explanation is the correct on--the boys were murdered in the woods.
ted818283 5 months ago
@ted818283 Two of them were murdered in the woods, one was murdered elsewhere. He lost so much blood and no blood was found, they couldn't prove that the blood with the chemicals is human. and also the blood wouldn't wash away that quick seeing as dirt absorbs water. I get that you think they are guilty, but you can't deny that the evidence isn't there. Because of the small "evidence" they do have, all of it is circumstantial.
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied We're so accustomed to shows like CSI and think there should always be a plethora of physical evidence at a crime scene. The truth is there are many crimes that lack physical evidence--the Casey Anthony case is one of them.
ted818283 5 months ago
@ted818283 I do not watch CSI, but there are other people who could be the killers based on both circumstantial and physical evidence. I am going purely of knowledge I know about the case and nothing else. I've come up with my opinion on my own.
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied That 2 were murdered in the woods and the third was murdered elsewhere seems the least plausible. All 3 were seen entering the woods and their bikes were found nearby. So 1 went home and was murdered by his father? The others for whatever reason, stayed in the woods? Why did they stay? Who kept them there?
ted818283 5 months ago
@ted818283 That isn't even close to what I'm saying. I'm saying the place where they were found was not the place of murder for at least one of the boys. I have no idea where he was murdered, except that it wasn't there. I'm also saying, the police didn't investigate any other possibilities and that I believe the evidence points away from the boys who were convicted. The state must know that they fucked up, because they are free now.
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied That still doesn't sound plausible. Even if 1 of the murders took place elsewhere, all 3 boys would have had to be taken to the woods while the first search was going on. Were the other two drowned during the search? That's highly unlikely. Don't assume the state fucked up, they did make some errors, but for the most part it was a solid investigation. People are too quick to assume the police there are a bunch of ignorant, incompetent rednecks.
ted818283 5 months ago
@ted818283 Just because to you, it doesn't sound plausible, doesn't mean it didn't happen... and furthermore, you will not convince me that these 3 boys committed this crime based on your rumors and circumstantial at best evidence. What about the bite mark? What about the fact that they didn't question any of the families? What about the evidence that they openly admitted to losing? What about the man covered in mud and blood at the fast food place?
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied Both the defense and prosecution weren't sure those mark were bite marks. Not sure whether or not the police questioned the families, I suspect they talked with them--maybe not a formal interrogation. Who openly admitted to losing? As far Mr. Bojangles, I also think this theory is highly unlikely. Mr. Bojangles was wearing a cast and would have had to restrain 3 boys. He would have also walked nearly a mile from the crime bleeding. There was no blood leading back to the scene.
ted818283 5 months ago

I don't think he wanted to participate, but was with them for whatever reason and helped commit the murders.

ted818283 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied @isaiddevilyoulied As far as the lack of blood at the crime scene, it is believed that the 3 teenagers used stream water to wash away blood from the crime scene. Police later used Luminol, a chemical which can reveal blood traces not visible to the naked eye. The Luminol test revealed large amounts of blood in certain areas of the crime scene and were certain the boys had been murdered there. Luminol test results were not admissible in court in Arkansas in 1994.
ted818283 5 months ago
@ted818283 There was no way to even determine if it was even human blood! This evidence is circumstantial at best! You need to remember it was Hobbs and Jacoby's DNA found on the boys them selves and look at the other FACTS and then maybe come back to argue with me!
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied Don't insult me. Mr. Hobbs' hair may have been on one of the boys before the crime. He probably picked it up at home. As for Mr. Jacoby's hair, the DNA evidence suggested the hair belonged to approximately 7% of the population, including Jacoby. The hair was also collected 2 weeks later from a tree stump nearby--not on the victims.
ted818283 5 months ago
@ted818283 Yeah it could have been picked up at home I agree, but Hobbs was with the boys that day (he was seen by 2 or 3 people), and when questioned he said that he wasn't. Also there was a bite mark on one of the boys faces that matched neither of the victims or the west memphis 3. ALSO, Damien Echols has an alibi. He was on the phone with 3 different people at the time of the murders, of course the police never bothered to check it. There is more evidence to show that they didn't do it.
isaiddevilyoulied 5 months ago
@isaiddevilyoulied You're talking about the Ballard/Williams/Moyer testimony. The police canvassed that neighborhood repeatedly in 1993 asking if anyone had seen the three murdered boys on May 5. How and why did these three witnesses avoid talking to police in 1993? And how do they remember the day and time so precisely sixteen years later?
ted818283 5 months ago
@ted818283 Don't you remember what
