@UrielTheAngelOfLight after you jump off the wall, immediately do a fair (I use c-stick) while holding backwards on the analog stick. If you do this, you should stay close enough to the wall to do more aerials, at least with C. Falcon, I haven't tried with other characters

CF is third in the second tier last time I checked, and 7th overall, and he's there because pros like Darkrain and SilentSpectre put him up to that point. Marth/Shiek have large/disjointed hitboxes meaning they're easier to use overall. Melee is a no johns game, if you think Falcon is the easiest for you to win with then you pick him. We like Scar because he does crazy shit, not because he's good.
