A let's play is more commentary while playing the game, sometimes it includes deaths and its usually taken in a more comical route as far as the commentary goes. It's like mystery science theatre for games! guides and walkthroughs always have very informative commentary and never include deaths, only the runs where the person survives, as well as the videos tend to be done ona  "checkpoint" basis where the video is "how to beat (insert game) at (Insert part) on (insert difficulty).

Youtube wouldn't let me upload part 1 because of their stupid Copyrighted material bullshit. Although they let me upload all the other parts ; \ I'm still working on getting it up.

It might be the Uploader. Sometimes it won't upload videos, and sometimes it will. Keep trying.

It's not the uploader, they block some videos due to "copyright claims". In truth its just their automatic processor picking up something and pinning that on it. I'll try different things with the video until it uploads. I've tried several times to upload it normally.

what? No, this sort of thing happens all the time. It's a copyright claim from Viacom I believe it was. It happens to alot of game videos but it's only due to Youtube's automated system for detecting videos.
