I like the people you have in this video & Thich Nhat Hahn. Sometimes I listen to a continuous play of "The End of Suffering" at 'shiftinaction(.)com/node892. Hahn says: "The universal dharma door is already open; the sound of the rising tide is already heard clearly. Listening to the bell I feel the afflictions in me dissolve, my mind is calm, my body relaxed. A smile is born on my lips." I think I'll listen now. I have been so sad for marine animals & oceans due to the Gulf situation.
