There has never been any proof who is stronger than the other because everytime Shadow and Sonic fight in this show, it's nearly always interrupted. Obviously Sonic would be able to beat Shadow in a game because it's required to progress.. But Shadow also would have defeated him too. If Shadow didn't have his air shoes, maybe, but hedoes have them and can use them to match his speed. The only game which told about their speed was Sonic Battle (GBA)- it said Shadow was a little faster than Sonic, while Sonic had better acceleration.

@treverpatey what do ya mean mouth off. shadows attack is FUCKING BEAST MODE. but sonics defense is also FUCKING BEAST MODE. the winner is the one with the emeralds. in the games shadow starts off with more power and shit but sonic usually gets more upgrades in the long haul. it matches the few shadow gets + his first skills

@treverpatey yes i have. in sonic 06 sonic gets 5 more upgrades on account of the gem shoes. in sa2 sonic gets the bounce ring and the magic gloves. shadow doesn't. in saxd well shadow isn't even in that game. nor is he in sonic and the secret rings unless you count multiplayer.

@wahhho and the bounce attack and magic gloves arnt even the same type moves the bounce attack was only necessary for sonic to get to high places in his mode and the magic gloves was a bonus upgrade sonic and shadow used the same exact model in adventure 2 the only thing different were the quills and the legs and of course the color

@treverpatey dude, sonic and shadow are NOT the same in speed. Sonic has been proven to be faster then Shadow. What sets Shadow in league with Sonic is his ability to harness Chaos Control, as well as use of other weapons, where as Sonic relies on his speed alone.

God, would you people shut up over a pair of fictional characters? There has never been any proof who is stronger than the other because everytime Shadow and Sonic fight in this show, it's nearly always interrupted. Obviously Sonic would be able to beat Shadow in a game because it's required to progress.. But Shadow also would have defeated him too. Even if Shadow took off his rings to kill Sonic, he would also die from losing his power, so technically there is no victor.

Shadow would only remove his limators in a serious fight, Sonic and Shadoww are not enemys, shadow without the limitors is like half a super form, super shadow without limators is clearly more powerful than other super forms, Hyper shadow never happened, if shadow wantted to kil sonic it will be to easy.

Shadow....reminds me of Raditz as well...like an evil, matching alter-ego of the protagonist.

If Shadow didn't have his air shoes, maybe, but hedoes have them and can use them to match his speed. The only game which told about their speed was Sonic Battle (GBA)- it said Shadow was a little faster than Sonic, while Sonic had better acceleration.
