theres another bug on hepheastus when u have to crush the block, if u leave it a 30-40 angle the block gets launched acroos the room and the hammer disappears!
No, this is the only real bug I had had in the game. Well one would be with the grapple when you press the forward backwards controls and then want her to jump to the left/right, but that can be solved by using the left/right key instead of the corresponding one when she does the startup. Do you know anyone else with this bug? I've seen one where you could go through doors when drawing weapons on this level.
i can do that with the tra fly tool cheat :)

I Found another glitch were she jumps straight through the wall and is in like a big blus and white swirl.Have you witnessed this?

I've noticed that it was when from a side to the other, she kind of hesitates and suddenly gets stuck in that position. Something like that.
