Russian DUMA has reviewed Question of recognition independence S.Osetia & Abkhazia In spring 2008 long before August.

Georgian Villages had NO CHANCE Because they were on Main roads to Tskhinvali , You can not recognize independence without having access to Roads.

Just because Taliavin could not get any prove (because they did not have Russian secret files) that does not automatically explain that they actually have any proof that Russian military presence was not increased in Georgia - it only shows that they have NO reliable information to prove anything.

News flash People in Villages have to work & when they have money presumably in the fall other villagers should not attack hardworking people demanding money , threatening by killing the members of the family or mutilation of their bodies. Law enforcers should be able to respond much quicker when families are in trouble.

Georgian population has diverse ethnicity but Georgians are ONE NATION.

Georgian Jews have Georgian Nationality.

Georgian Armenians have Georgian Nationality.

Georgian Ossetians have Georgian Nationality.

Ethnic Georgians have Georgian Nationality.

and so on.

All Georgian citizens have Georgian Nationality regardless of their ethnicity.

Georgia has a long history, But it is a young state.

Georgian Nation is defining its identity with new freedom.
