She's not overweight... You ever see people that aren't overweight, but all of their body parts are just enlarged? They're like giants, I guess. Joan is pretty tall, like 5'8". I think she's one of these "giants". But anyways, I watched the show once and was hooked!!!

So nostalgic, is a exceptional example of how crazy and different life was in the 60s!

u dnt always have 2 be toothpick thin to look great.....some of the most sucessful people in the acting business are plus sized....

i was there...........in the 50's and 60's ......overweight was not as epidemic, I ATTRIBUTE IT TO NOT SMOKING, or corn derivatives in our engineered food.

yeah all that genetically modified food (especially corn: High fructose corn syrup which is in pretty much EVERYTHING), pasteurizing, homogenizing, antibiotics, pesticides, preservatives, additives, oh the list goes on, and on and on and on and on.

The most successful people in the acting business aren't plus sized, but there are plus sized people in the acting industry. Christina hendricks isn't just plus sized, she's absolutely gorgeous.. Co-opting the fact that she has hips and tits to satisfy some plus sized girl agenda is just silly. 90% of plus sized girls don't look a damn thing like her. If anything she's proof that pretty girls excite people (new concept there).
