It's about the evil that swirls within your heart, giving you the vision/scenery/circumstances you want to see. The moment you let the evil thoughts get ahold of you, what you see is not exactly what actually happens. It blurs the boundary between reality and illusion. It's more psychological than horror.

"Don't trust anyone. Even your friends, your family. Even you yourself." is my favorite quote from this movie LOL

The movie isn't that scary, ok you'll have some parts where you'll fall of your chair but, in the movie they don't tell what that creepy girl at the end of the trailer has to do with all what's happening there

Honestly, if you can watch any other J-Horror, you should be able to watch those. :D Compared to some other J-Horror The Ring and Ju-On aren't very scary. (Save for the Ju-On manga. :P Made me fear large groups of cats. xD)

Well, I've watched Kansen, Rinne, Yogen, Pulse, and some other things. Ehhh I guess I can sacrifice not being able to sleep lol.

When my brother was my age, he watched the ring, and it scared the !@#$ out of him. It'll probably scare !@#$ing !@#$ out of me too lol.
