  • 1:46 when he's talking about the "Sickly Sweet smell that made you gag", what most people probably don't know is that that matches the description of the smell of dead bodies

  • i have windows 7 and i have the PC version of max payne and i'm saddened that i cant hear any of the comics so i have to read them, thank you for uploading these

  • If I was gonna make a faithful adaptation of Max Payne, I pay 90% of the budget to get Gary Busey to play Jack Lupino if it came to it.

  • lupino said he wanted to be death's son, max gave him his wish. with a few more hundered bullets.

  • we have 4 "V" junkies here who dislike the video...

  • The graphic novels in Max Payne 1&2 are among the best things that has ever happened in gaming.

  • everytime i hear max say that Lupino looks ready to face a mutant aliagtor i keep thinking. "Huh that first croc boss from parasite eve 1 then?"

though still dude gives me the chills.

  • I LOVE THIS GAME!!!

  • the story line in here is AMAZING....so many great references that can freak you out

  • i thank mark did an alright job they could have done better in my eyes i love the frist game but not to much on the sec game. mark should have played the game and the directors should have watched the graphic novel some too i hate how the messing up the 3rd max too it looks gay and the pills should have been in the movie too.

  • I could remember stepping into the sactum part of the ragna rock level when I was 11 and hearing lupino's rant and the dead bodies around with the creeping music in the background. COuld not stay in the dark for more than 2 minutes after that for about a week. Max Payne scared the crap outta me but loved it and continue to love to this day.

  • how do you view the whole graphic novel after you have completed the game? I am on the PC version.

  • lupino is crazy in the game but in the movi they made him too soft and just changed him completly

  • @thenumberofthebeast6 Didn't Max Payne literally meet with Lupino in the movie?

  • "He had a baseball bat and I was tied to a chair, pissing him off was the smart thing to do."

My favorite line of the whole game, it has pure Max written all over it.

  • one of the thickest game plots ever.

  • "Nothing is a cliche when it's happening to you" - Payne

    Awesome writing.

  • No such luck. No luck at all. :(

  • this was some scary shit in max payne game.the reference to baphomet and illuminati.one eye pyramid symbols.the pentagrams.scary shit.

  • This takes me back. I love the game (it's tough, but fun), and Lupino was awesome. He' s scary, but at the same time so over the top it's hilarious.

  • @DarkGidora White Mike Tyson with a preacher's voice: I have tasted the flesh of Fallen Angels!

  • saw the movie yesterday... throughout the whole move I had a big WTF floating over my head. What the fuck is going on in that movie?? it had nothing to do with max payne !!! it was so horrible !! IT HAD NO DO WITH THIS GAME!!! COMPLETE BULLSHIT!!

  • @Stonare

I saw it yesterday... I don't think I've seen a worse game adaptation in my life. They changed the story completely!

Where's the depth of the plot?

Where's the wit and the memorable noir-style metaphors?

    where's the badass film-noir music?

    Where's the dark Max-Mona romance?

and where, for mo's sake, is all the friggin' ACTION in this film???

If anybody's thinking of seeing it - DON'T GO!!!

  • recomended to use iron bullets

  • "HELLA! Blood... Given to you all...." Possibly the most demonic line i've ever heard in one game... Well one of the most...

Sam Lake my biggest writing influence, his wordplays, his imagination, his style is just... mind-numbingly fantastic.

  • i think it was the flesh of fallen angels.....come to me all.

  • THE FLESH OF FALLEN ANGELSS!!!!!!!!!

  • If you didn't rate this 5 stars, you're an asshole who doesn't understand perfection.

  • max payne has to be the best storyline game there ever was.

  • i think the perfect max payne would've been that guy who played in "Danger Zone " or something like that, TV series, he was playing a psychic.

  • yeah, i liked the movie, it was good. Could have used more action but i thought mark walberg played a good part. Also, u cant really say that Mark is too innocent to play max. if u know his history you will know that in his teenage years he made his career out of stealing cars.

Yes its true, mark walberg was a criminal.

  • @devilrappa Ermm, Max isn't really much of a bad guy.

  • Jack Lupino - awesome voice

  • wow...i loved the movie, why so much hating? And its amazing how even the graphic novels have advanced between MP 1 and MP 2.

  • Marky Mark is no Max Payne.

He has no noir about him, looks too healthy and fit, too in control, no depth to his act. I don't think he really played the game, or got it.

Just look at his face, listen to him speak, he is not the fluent fatalist that has nothing to lose. Max's every word is a headshot. Marky sounds uninterested.

Where's Max's verbosity? The way his words flow uninterrupted, piercing, seducing. Max is a gunslinging writer, broken in heart, soul and mind.

    They didn't get it.

  • I agree completely. I also think there wasn't enough action to deal with the lulls in the movie. For me, the movie didn't start until Marky climbed out of the river. From then on, it's like an awesome 30minute fan movie... not worth 2 hours... not worth 9 bucks... not worth a sequel.

  • He killed like what, 10 people in that movie? That is a disgrace to Max Payne. Mark did too much investigating with his head and not enough with his 9mm.

  • @Alekkkkkkkkk of course they didnt. games to movies = shit

  • u aren´t serious are you?

  • Is there a difference between the PC and the ps2 version of the game? I only konw the one for pc. BTW thx for uploading! Good childhood-memories!

  • dont think so. i think its just a port of max payne from the pc.

  • @fleetwoodsucks your right there is no diffrence between pc ps2 or xbox

  • @c0cac0ala the pc version has slightly larger maps and easier controlles.

  • @c0cac0ala SAVESTATE

  • Jack Lupino <3, too bad there isn't that kind of bad guys out there :P.

  • 4:59 she is mona sax

  • tatu rock.

  • yha

  • the movie i mean wut was up with that?

  • hell if i know

  • im happy they stayed true to Max Payne in the movie, but im pissed the way it was.

  • wtf was with the movie, punchinelo in the marine core?!

i was so pissed at that moment, military drug my ass!

  • it was a military drug. it was like a super soldier serum. I finished the game so I know what im talking

  • OK, for one, even in the game they say that V was a drug designed for military use. And 2; Punchinello was NOT in the movie, LUPINO WAS, and he was EX military, and he WAS located at Ragna Rok. Did you even watch the movie?!

  • 7:55 This is the part that I realy like :]

    PLEASED TO MEET YOU.

    I'M FRANKIE "THE BAT" NIAGARA:

  • Niagra? As in you cry a lot? Gotta love Max.

  • "Niagra? As in you cry a lot?"

    What is it mean?

    From a poetry?

  • Its not poetry, he's reffering to Niagra falls I think. A joke he made on the spot.

  • @MaxWonder2008 There's a waterfall in America called the Niagra falls. WOrk out the rest yourself. Lol.

  • Comment removed

  • 4:44 Yup.. that's EXACTLY what I would have done.

For you Mr. Lupino, there IS no sequel.

  • only thing good in the movie were the drug Valkyrie effects, and those dark angels, flying around, was awsome :P

    who agrees?

  • Not me.

  • You know I get this feeling whenever I see Jack Lupino close up in the graphic novel, It looks we're seeing rapper Fat Joe no offense or anything it just kind of resembles him a bit with the face if you minus the tattoo that is.

  • wow that girl playing mona sax in the movie sorta does look like her

  • serioulsy...lupino...seriously lol scary

  • 4:51

Freaking zombie demons from outer space? Is that a reference to DOOM?

  • this as a screenplay is worthy of academy award

  • how does this only have 986 views, this shit is the best storyline ever made, it would be a wonderful screenplay.

  • and it will..a movie is in the works ;)

  • yeah but the movie isn't going to be anything like this. example: the police chief is Ludacris..... =0 >;{

  • lmao yeah i was so shocked that he was JIM! i hope woden is in this and all the norse reference. actually i would be more comfrotabl if the writers from the game worked on the movie...

  • it would be a flat out better movie i loved the games

  • I have tasted the flesh of fallen angels...

  • I remember the first time I saw this, I was in 5th grade. Thanks for uploading it and bringing back good memories of Jack Lupino's psycho talk.

  • i love max voice

  • i love max voice
