This is the main reason why I hate Christianity.. If you don't love and worship God, nonetheless believe in him, you go to Hell when you die. Realistically you can't fit everything on a yt comment, but there are reasons why I discounted Allah being the right god - the claims, the integrity of the person and the inconsistencies. You are not assured of eternal life as a Muslim anyway. I also cannot agree with promoting a philosophy/thought through war or steamrolling. A Muslim cannot come to the same conclusion as he/she is not allowed to, or he/she will be disowned. Some have deeply explored, though, at a huge cost to their lives.
The main problem today is the people. I know there are some who believe the bible is a book about ancient mythology, but in saying that, have you ever read it? Not only a few words, but entirely read it? I PROMISE you, give it a chance.. You won't feel the same after reading it. Although I realize my promises may mean nothing to you, I still urge you to try, because if you never read the bible, you can never truly understand what you mean.
The way I think about it is, saying that all Christians are exactly alike is like saying all mexicans are illegal, or that all blacks are thieves, or that all whites are racist. It is the farthest thing from true. Yes, some people will be & do all those terrible things, but some will actually be an example of what they want to see you become. The most widely accepted theory of the creation of the earth is the solar nebula, which was a scatterd disk of dust and gas leftover from the formation of the sun, the dust collided for millions of years, slowly becoming a large rock, which slowly became our planet.

Also, I think they would all agree that Earth is billions of years old, considering they are looking at planets and stars that are millions of light years away in the Andromeda galaxy, meaning that the light must take millions of years to reach Earth, so basically what they can see now is actually what they are looking at but millions of years ago, if you understand.

@cobbdl01 And as for the age of the earth, thanks to our geologist friends, they have proof that the earth is at least 4.5 billion years old, 450,000 times older than you theorise. They can calculate the age of rock using equipment to establish its radiation levels from when it was pushed out from the earths core billions of years ago against the radiation of volcanic rock from recent volcancic eruptions. They cant even get to the oldest rock which is deep in the earths crust...
@cobbdl01 The reason they believe its 4.5 billion years old is thanks to an extremely old impact crater from a meteorite in Arizona I believe. They studied the rocks and eventually found some that were not made of the same material as the earths crust, therefore it can't be from this planet. Studying its radiation, they found out that the meteorite struck earth just over 4 billion years ago, and of course the earth would of had to of been there at that time.

(before you read this I've studied religion, and is an atheist) Something that Christianity DOES have, is philosophical and ethical value, but the problem is... that compared to other eastern Asian religions like Buddism, Hinduism and Confucianism. It seems more like "quick-fixes" on morale problems and it doesn't help anyone truly achieve Spiritual Enlightenment, it fails on the one thing it should be good at, because there are older and far more accurate texts.

This is the main reason why I hate Christianity.. If you don't love and worship God, nonetheless believe in him, you go to Hell when you die. I thought "God" was supposed to be a loving person to give us a great life? At least that is what I was told growing up.. HAH. What an amazingly humorous fairytail. I think it's better to just live life to the fullest, without worrying about getting into a place that most likely does not exist.

Realistically you can't fit everything on a yt comment, but there are reasons why I discounted Allah being the right god - the claims, the integrity of the person and the inconsistencies. You are not assured of eternal life as a Muslim anyway. I also cannot agree with promoting a philosophy/thought through war or steamrolling. A Muslim cannot come to the same conclusion as he/she is not allowed to, or he/she will be disowned. Some have deeply explored, though, at a huge cost to their lives.

The most widely accepted theory of the creation of the earth is the solar nebula, which was a scatterd disk of dust and gas leftover from the formation of the sun, the dust collided for millions of years, slowly becoming a large rock, which slowly became our planet.

Also, I think they would all agree that Earth is billions of years old, considering they are looking at planets and stars that are millions of light years away in the Andromeda galaxy, meaning that the light must take millions of years to reach Earth, so basically what they can see now is actually what they are looking at but millions of years ago, if you understand.

@cobbdl01 And as for the age of the earth, thanks to our geologist friends, they have proof that the earth is at least 4.5 billion years old, 450,000 times older than you theorise. They can calculate the age of rock using equipment to establish its radiation levels from when it was pushed out from the earths core billions of years ago against the radiation of volcanic rock from recent volcancic eruptions. They cant even get to the oldest rock which is deep in the earths crust...

@cobbdl01 The reason they believe its 4.5 billion years old is thanks to an extremely old impact crater from a meteorite in Arizona I believe. They studied the rocks and eventually found some that were not made of the same material as the earths crust, therefore it can't be from this planet. Studying its radiation, they found out that the meteorite struck earth just over 4 billion years ago, and of course the earth would of had to of been there at that time.

(before you read this I've studied religion, and is an atheist) Something that Christianity DOES have, is philosophical and ethical value, but the problem is... that compared to other eastern Asian religions like Buddism, Hinduism and Confucianism. It seems more like "quick-fixes" on morale problems and it doesn't help anyone truly achieve Spiritual Enlightenment, it fails on the one thing it should be good at, because there are older and far more accurate texts.

You are a good testimony that the spirit of G-d has instilled a curious instinct in you to seek truth and knowledge. Let's not blow your childhood experience out of proportion. G-d will guide us to the right path. The bottom line is this: People can do whatever they want (with life and religion), but G-d is ultimately sovereign and His plan will surely prevail over all human thoughts. We have to cope in humility.

I hate Christianity and I hate Christians, especially those who are anti-evolutionists and hate homosexuals and lesbians. I,m Atheist and a big time anti-God,, anti-Christ and anti-religion. Honestly, Christians just drive me crazy! I hate they don't understand true knowledge. True knowledge that has saved lives, helped people and show how life truly began. We had our beatiful and much more creative religions, but we had to take some african arabic bullshit because we are cowards and afraid of hell if we don't... But I hate gays too. Honestly, I'm agnostic, e.g. I believe their maybe some sort of afterlife, maybe a supreme being, but science has made stories about Jesus seem as realistic as Jack and the Beanstalk. I respect people's faith, but people shouldn't be forced to live in a way that a 2000 year old book would want you to. I blame christianity for the reason why people die of diseases, I mean, imagine how advanced the human race would be without religion, technologically speaking.

A camp in samolia that can only hold 90000 people is holding around 1 million people. The men and women are starving to death because they are giving the food they are given to their children. When they asked a somalian man how the camp is. He said that many many people are starving. and in that State, How his life is, he still said "its up to god"
