A good demonstration requires peaceful actions and clever tactical movements. Making the police to run from one place to another can be helpful to move demonstration masses into good starting points for re-starts of the demonstration. I don´t like the black front myself much but these guys can be very effective and helpful, too - they make great headlines.

The key to a good protest is to avoid any violence. It angers me to see protesters throwing rocks or fighting the police. It gives the opposition a reason to say we are just stupid punks. In reality the protests are to stop the capitalist pigs from destroying our planet and its inhabitants. We will never win a violent war against the world powers, but we can change the course of the planet with words.
