It is often in walks/parades/party's like these that people are by nature very friendly.
People are there to have fun, to roleplay as a zombie, with no intention of causing trouble most of the time.
Most of the time a person would be much safer in mobs like these then when they would be walking on the street with normal clothing by themselves:)
