  • Can't wait until McVety is in Jail where he belongs... Don't worry Charles, you'll probably love it.. at least you will finally get laid...

  • LOL IS THIS AN SNL SKIT?? LOL??? PLZ??? LOL I HOPE SO...OMG

  • @FrankieMeraglia Unfortunately, no.

  • Sell what you have and give to the poor " What gives ?

  • Secular Fundamentalists??? This man is a total idiot.

  • @gustavoadolfo44 Actually, most gays are physically quite healthy. If you want to get in a snit over STDs, you might want to go after the straight people who cheat on their spouses and don't even have the sense to use condoms.

The only gay agenda is equality and respect (and if you really have a problem with that, you might want to take a closer look at Jesus' actual teachings). McVety, on the other hand, spreads lies and censorship. Do your homework.

  • McVety exposed the hypocrisy of the "Christians" who were kidnapped. The one guy is homosexual and he's supporting the muslims all the while not telling them that he's homosexual because he knows he would be killed. Talk about not having your head screwed on straight. Not thanking the soldiers who rescued them was terrible too.

  • @abc1000001 If this guy truly believes that 'secular fundamentalists' and 'islamic fundamentalists' have teamed up, he's deluded. I have a different opinion: he's a con-man purposefully manipulating the religious viewers into believing things that are simply not true. This is what I call "Spiritual Terrorism" because it's wholly designed to spread fear and instill a sense of victimhood that is at odds with reality.

  • @abc1000001 This coming from "Christians" who wouldn't know compassion or peace if it bit them in the ass.

  • @abc1000001 This McVety con-man doesn't understand the meaning of the word polytheist.

I quoted from the very legislation he did, providing the actual text highlighted to show why I think he's mistaken to reference it in the first place. Promoting discriminatory practices or advocating for the marginalization of identifiable groups is considered hate speech in Canada, a fact he is moaning about because his brand of Christian can't openly rail against the fags anymore.

  • @TimothyStuartRiches as if your telling the truth...what he is saying is that as christians we are not allowed to speak up so we need to fight...and if we don't speak up against Islam and you all get all you want your going to wish we would have won the right againts this garbage!

  • @lucy9359 That's interesting... firstly, I oppose Islam more vehemently than Christianity - the faiths are both fucked up, but Islam is downright evil and anti-human. "Better the devil you know" is my reasoning. Check out a series called "SII - The Prophet Muhammad" by lorientalist, it's a blast!

Secondly, Christians are not only permitted to 'speak up', you can't get them to quit! The only thing you should take away is that Secularists do NOT support Islam. McVety claims otherwise - a fool.

  • @TimothyStuartRiches I am sure he is reffering to a select group of secularists as we all know that the average person is against Islam...when polled over 80% of Canadians said they were against the brutality in this religion but most of us think that there are people who are muslim who do not support violence the same with christians who do not support war...I don't believe in war....I am sure he is aware of this he isn't born yesterday...people love to put words in his mouth...

  • @lucy9359 No, McVety thinks that non-Christians as a whole are some kind of death cult -- which is rich, coming from a guy who thinks that all gays are pedophiles, and claims that rape doesn't happen in Africa.

I'm not joking, he said on Power and Politics that rape is very rare in Africa -- still think this guy is the salt of the earth?

  • @BoredomCorner I don't follow him so I wouldn't know...what is a death cult? All non christians are going to hell if that is what you mean the bible teaches that...as far as all gays being pedophiles I don't believe that any more than they are all bank robbers, and why would anyone say rape is less in Africa? where the larger muslim populations exist there are more incidents of rape..something to do with thier believes I assume...However it is related to war as well and where war is muslims are

  • @lucy9359 Wait a minute, what's so holy about hate speech?

BTW considering what the early Christians went through, don't you think it's a tad hypocritical to wish oppression and death on another religion?

  • @BoredomCorner I never wished opression or death on anyone...I don't know what you would say that to me for...I think we need to have mercy on others...I however do not want to see Islam have a right to a radical following..the world has already paid the price over the banksters who incorporated America and used it to pigoen whole the entire world into subserviantism and starve half the populations that last thing we need is something even more evil!

  • @lucy9359 It's always nice to see so-called "true believers" TOTALLY IGNORE Christ's teachings AGAINST condemning people.

  • @abc1000001 McVety has been caught lying, every time he opens his mouth, by anyone inclined to actually find out what he's talking about.

  • McVety is one scary person and is very cleaver to make himself sound like he is promoting tolerance when in fact he is promoting hate!!!! Sounds like someone we used to know....ummmmmm remember Hitler???

  • @TonoFonseca Purposely lying about gay people, non-Christians, and liberals, is not speaking the truth. This guy makes Jesus sound like Hitler, and you are no better than Fred Phelps for supporting him.

  • @BoredomCorner

I fail to see the Hitlerian relation.

Fred Phelps sounds like a terrific person then!

  • @TonoFonseca Um, McVety thinks that non-Christians and gay people deserve no rights -- do you need me to draw you a diagram?

And do you even know who Fred Phelps is?

  • @BoredomCorner

Never does he say that non-Chrisitans and homosexuals deserve no rights. I never once heard him say that.

And I do know who Mr Phelps is, although I was being somewhat sarcastic.

  • @TonoFonseca It might not have been in this clip, but do some reading on him. Not only does he fight gay rights at every turn, but every time some atheist tries to assert his or her rights, he makes it sound like Christians are being rounded up.

  • @TonoFonseca This is not truth, is a set of disparate facts selectively assembled to give the impression of truth where none exists. Christians love to argue like this, quoting one scripture then jumping to another, then another to demonstrate their points. In the real world it MATTERS how one gets from here to there. McVety demonstrates his contempt for acquired knowledge by cherry picking it every bit as much as he does his scripture :/

  • @TimothyStuartRiches

So you are saying that adultery, homosexuality, theft, murder, are not truthfully sinful? (He is wrong about divorce being wrong; it is wrong to remarry after divorcing, but it is not wrong to divorce)

You seem to have a great idea of what the truth is. So please, share it with me, if McVety is wrong.

  • @TonoFonseca It's not up to me to say what's right or what isn't. McVety isn't saying they're morally right or wrong, just SINS. I deny that the word has any real value outside of the religious dialog, so in other words "your coins are worthless in this realm." Truth has nothing to do with McVety's arguments either, just opinion.

  • @TimothyStuartRiches

There is no way of proving for absolute certainty much of what he says, so the line of what is true is blurred. He exaggerates to a degree to illustrate his opinion as well. However, I can agree with a great deal of what he says, as I have seen it myself.

You speak as though your own words are infallible, yet you label this career minister as "expressing his opinion". Until you directly say what is false about what he says, his word is as good as yours.

  • @TonoFonseca Try doing some homework on McVety. The guy NEVER tells the truth (look at Bill C-10 and his remarks on African rape, for just a couple of examples).

  • @BoredomCorner

Show me. Show me where he talks about this.

  • @BoredomCorner (continuing) This guy has honestly said, that despite the many reliable sources saying rape in Africa happens in humungous numbers, it hardly ever happens. As for Bill C-10, he described movies that don't exist as "pornographic", a movie about gay men teaching a boy to be comfortable as he is as "indoctrinating him into the gay lifestyle", etc.

  • @TonoFonseca That's funny, Timothy's statements can be factually verified. That's yet to be true of McVety.

  • @TonoFonseca The truth is that there is nothing clinically wrong with being gay. Try talking to homosexuals some time, it's not going to kill you.

  • @TonoFonseca there is nowhere in the bible that specifically states that homosexuality is a sin. besides it isn't up for you or McVety to decide what is right or wrong or sinful that is the place in which it falls before god and NO ONE ELSE.

i can hope you see the disconnect between truthful and loving christianity and the hateful trash that McVety spews. what he is doing in fact is a sin by passing judgement, he is false and he has been tested yet he failed.

  • @banannamousse

The Bible does condemn homosexuality. I know because I have read the Bible every day for the past several years.

  • @TonoFonseca proof? none? don't waste my time if you cannot support your argument.

i am Banannamousse and i want hard fact not fiction. as i undoubtedly know there is a lot about the bible that has changed through translation and over time. so any effort that can be made to prove your argument i expect would be no short effort.

even still why would i believe in something that would have people change who they are. that in it's self would be vanity

  • @TonoFonseca just because you have read your bible every day for the past several years does not mean that you know for fact that homosexuality is a sin, after all the bible is a book written by fallible men, which is why there are so many versions of the same bible. the truth about religion is that it is the blind leading the blind, and open to speculation and question. if something happened to make you doubt your faith could you honestly hold true to belief?

  • @banannamousse

I have had to many things happen to me to make me question my belief in Christ. As for my belief that homosexuality is wrong, we have to look at what the vast majority of people think. When the three most important religions in world history (if you count Islam as a religion) and the law of science all say that homosexuality is abnormal and counterproductive, people might take a hint...

  • @TonoFonseca actually that is where you are wrong, no scientist I know of questions homosexuality as being abnormal, and ontop of it the medical profession proudly accepts doctors who are gay into the community. you have given no hard evidence of anything. just opinion and conjecture. which leads me to feel you are wasting my time with a hateful and bigoted opinion. really distasteful actually. furthermore science proves that genomes have involvement in one's sexual prefrence

  • @TonoFonseca it is pretty low that you would have a bias over who someone wants to love, face the music, love is love and you are just a lonely man who cant accept that some people are happy with a partner of the same sex, oh and homosexual tendencies happen outside of the domain of human beings as well extending from the bird kingdom to the primate kingdom, to most if not all of mammal species, if that is the case we all sin and it isn't your place to judge, you sin too

  • @TonoFonseca the fact that you actually support McVety shows your lack of actual honest reason, therefore i conclude it is probably best that you do not comment for the sake of saving face. it's a fact that homosexuality exists everywhere. to deny it is to deny free choice to those who are capable to make that choice just fine without you trying to force an ancient and dogmatic opinion without logical thought or evidence to sustain it.

  • @TonoFonseca save your breath

  • @banannamousse

Save my breath? Sure; I haven't watched this video since about 2010, so I hardly care. I don't need to get into arguments about some hot-headed Irish pastor. I am more concerned about transgenderist indoctrination in elementary schools than in what McVety is complaining about.

  • @TonoFonseca transgenderist indoctrination in elementary schools?

wow, sorry to say but the tooth fairy and transgenderist indoctrination both have something in common THEY DON'T EXIST. you are either trans or you are not, there is no middle ground or recruitment campaign to try and win children over like you might believe. you are completely baseless and without a leg to stand on. the only thing you can take for fact is what you personally believe, and that is just sad, I feel sorry for you

  • @TonoFonseca if you don't like transpeople then don't become one it isn't your place to be the judge. but then again you were bought out by Christianist indoctrination that would have you believe that others should have no personal choice on what they need for themselves.

believe it or not it Isn't up to you to decide who is trans or who isn't, people will choose that on their own. and since you cannot provide anything other then conjecture, well the proof is in the pudding, you have nothing...

  • @TonoFonseca so judge away, you are committing a sin by doing so...

but I guess it is something you can just pray away with your better then thou attitude.

i guess forcing your beliefs on everyone would also count as a sin, so you aren't free from final judgement, and when that day comes my dear YOU will be judged :D

so gawk at everyone else's sins and forget your own because that is what you are good at. you are no better then anyone else in this world, so remember that

  • @banannamousse

If you are interested in "bases" for my accusations, try The American Family Association, Act For America, NoApologies, and other TRUTHFUL resources. I am not sure why you are spending your time arguing with me. And if you really are a good Christian, if that it what you are trying to be, send 10% of your income to such organisations, because I do, and that's a hell of a lot more than most so-called Christians give today.

  • @TonoFonseca truthful resources from christian sources HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! i'm sorry i cant help but laugh,

  • @TonoFonseca yeah so you are paying for the opinions you want to hear and supporting it. money doesn't make you a good person and it doesn't buy you a ticket into heaven.

all your doing is paying so some creep can drive around in an expensive car and tell everyone god hates fags. all of your sources are based on pure opinion. I love you, that was just too funny, if money makes you a good christian then I guess the poor should burn in hell :D they aren't paying enough for Jesus to love them

  • @banannamousse

If you have any legitimate countersources you are free to explain to everybody what they are.

And God does not "hate fags". God loves everybody, but He condemns homosexual behaviour and He condemns tolerance for it.

  • @TonoFonseca verse?, chapter?. i think not, you cannot provide a single ounce of information, not a shred. i feel truly sorry for you that you have to live such a shallow life on the basis of belief. how does god condemn tolerance and homosexuality if he allows homosexuality and the tolerance of it to happen. it would be hypocritical and thus he may as well condemn himself for having his all mighty foot in his mouth.

god loves two things by your logic, money and being hypocritical.

  • @TonoFonseca if god loves everybody then tolerance must exist. because to be intolerant and condemning is not love, not in the least. your argument is flawed and based purely off of your own personal belief. thus perhaps it is that view that is flawed, you yourself are not without sin so why argue about homosexuality as a sin when you likely have violated a few commandments yourself.

if you aren't tolerant then you aren't loving. if you cant love thy neighbor then the teaching is lost to you

  • @TonoFonseca so perhaps it is up to you to think this one through clearly and with love and patience. where is reason to argue the truth in this simple fact. to tolerate is to show understanding and care. to be ignorant is to cast off those who have that virtue of love. this is far different from being a thief or a murderer those acts are on pure hatred and callas uncaring dead emotion. no one else is harmed when two people come together to love, regardless of condition. don't you see? look!!!

  • @TonoFonseca all this time i have been trying to prove a point to you. the point is that you need to concern yourself with your own life and own happiness and live your life. stop trying to worry about what others are doing if they are doing it out of love.

there is no greater beauty in life then love if you cannot stop to see that then stop to see what you are doing to others. take a good look at yourself. try to reason with yourself as to why you deserve to love. let this be a lesson to you

  • @TonoFonseca besides, you wouldn't pry into a strait couple's life, why pry into a gay couple's life. how would you feel if someone told you that you couldn't love the person of your dreams because it was a sin to do so? would you listen or would you live to love them with all your heart. I challenge you! i challenge you to look deep within yourself and find the reason why it is wrong to decide who should love who. tolerate or not you don't live to decide for others what is right and wrong.

  • @TonoFonseca none of this matters, why should it matter? you cant be a good anything if you cannot love. to be void of love is the worst crime of all. a crime that continues every day of your life, a crime that you do unto yourself with each breath. would it kill you to let lovers love if it does not personally affect you?

would it kill you to let others stick up for someone who is gay because it was the right thing to do?

    what is wrong and right?

  • @banannamousse

I don't hate all homosexuals. I am a fan of a few actually; Nathan Lane, Ian McKellen, Tchaikovsky... what we must recognise is that homosexual acts (not thoughts) are wrong and that it is a psychological disorder.

  • @TonoFonseca it isn't a psychological disorder actually sexuality is one's inner identity.

there is no sickness to being homosexual. as it is not in the DSM and hasnt been since the second edition, we are now on DSM 5. you may be a fan but that does not mean you understand them. i advise that you learn about what homosexuality is

it is no person's fault that they are gay. so it is no sin.

we are who we are. you cant stop it, or wipe it out. you cant change people.

    live life

  • @TonoFonseca "Homosexuality is assuredly no advantage, but it is nothing to be ashamed of, no vice, no degradation, it cannot be classified as an illness; we consider it to be a variation of the sexual function produced by a certain arrest of sexual development. Many highly respectable individuals of ancient and modern times have been homosexuals, several of the greatest men among them Plato." Sigmund Freud

  • @TonoFonseca we all sin. there is not one of us who doesn't have a seed of sinful nature sewn inside of us. therefore his logic on faith is flawed and his views can only be seen as hypocritical and prejudiced to only the highest degree, what he states does not abide to anything in the bible, it is his attempt to justify his personal views using scripture. this in it's self is highly flawed and only to state an opinion on the basis of pure bias.

  • @TonoFonseca furthermore McVety's supposed accredited bible collage degrees, California State Christian University is Not an accredited or recognized educational organization. diplomas are not recognized anywhere as valid. therefore his background is not valid and any supposed education he did have does not exist with any merit. so yes McVety is wrong, it would be like me going to collage to be a dog groomer and calling myself an accredited doctor.

  • @TimothyStuartRiches It's often hard to tell with men like McVety whether they're a victim of their own crazy prejudices or simply in the game of exploiting and milking bigots for their own corrupt purposes, I'll give him this - he's come up with a catchy line ergo 'secular fundamentalists'. But really, any twit with a few brain cells can do this. How about 'breakfast fundamentalists' or 'washing up fundamentalists'. Anyway, as a trans women I find McVety singularly unappealing.

  • He's an idiot, but I believe in free speech.

  • This guy is a nutcase....and he has the ear of the Canadian government? Pretty frightening. I'm not sure which is more scary, though, the fact that Mr. Harper and his ministers find his hateful nonsense credible or that this guy is credible at all. And wtf is a "secular fundamentalist?

  • @Cameramancan Look in the mirror.
