It makes perfect sense, they teach you how to lead a double life to hide whatever. It is up to the person watching to decide what to do with it. Sure you can cheat on your wife, or commit crimes. but you could also be a homosexual and want to avoid people at work knowing, or hate crimes from happening to you. Its like buying a gun, some people will use it for protection, while others will use it for crime, it is all down to morals and choice.
