I guess it's an ongoing thing . Most yanks knock Vegemite, including those who have NEVER even tried it, just as most Aussies will probably knock Haggis, even though we've never tried that either. I personally could never contemplate Peanut Butter and Jelly either yet that seems to be a popular enough Yankee thing..?? Don't knock vegemite without knocking half the other "strange foods" around the world as well.
