  • To KungFuRascals,

I'm afraid you have got it completely wrong. The "type" of people who join the movement to demand a fair trial for Mumia Abu-Jamal are those interested in human rights and justice. Your superficial judgements are based on your imagination & prejudice and Philadelphia police dept & DA propaganda. Your opinions certainly aren't based on literature from the movement. The Philly police & DA have a shameful history of frame ups, hundreds of cases thrown out of court because of it.

  • There are 3 types of people who join this "cause"- 1-Those desperate for a cause (really, you can do better than Mumia!)

2-Those looking to be "trendy". White kids from the suburb make up a majority of this type.

3-Those who hate white people, cops, or both.

  • fry mumia!

  • You sound very uneducated. Out of all the problems of the black race you choose this one to champion? The entire continent of Africa is plauged by disease, genocide, poverty, war, female mutilation, and starvation. I know in you will blame the white man for all the problems in Africa, because thats who you blame all the problems of the world on. But what about Haiti? Why don't you lead that cause and help your race rise above the poverty and destruction instead of praising a cop killer?

  • White supremacy? We have a black president. Stop using racism as an excuse when something does not go your way. I dont see what color has to do with murder.

  • His gun was found at the scene and he confessed at the hospital. Black or white he is guilty.

  • A .38 caliber Charter Arms revolver, belonging to Abu-Jamal, with five spent cartridges was retrieved at the scene. The shell casings and rifling characteristics of the weapon were consistent with bullet fragments taken from Faulkner's body.[36]

  • The prosecution also presented two witnesses who were present at the hospital after the altercation. Hospital security guard Priscilla Durham and Police Officer Garry Bell testified that Abu-Jamal confessed in the hospital by saying, "I shot the motherfucker, and I hope the motherfucker dies."[35]

  • I dont need to prove anything, The jury heard all the proof they needed.

  • He confesed to executing a cop. I dont see where the grey area is.

  • "How much longer do we stand and sing we shall overcome?" Words of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.

  • How about a greasy pork sandwich served in a dirty ashtray? We are coming for you Wesley and you will BURN IN HELL!!!!

  • It's funny how these white people don't think the police who killed Sean Bell should be executed. They keep quiet then.

  • Execute Mumia Abu Jamal -----------

Say NO to the gay mafia

  • shut up cracker

  • If you support Mumia, you support MOVE - a cult that rapes and neglects children, lives in filth, ruins neighborhoods, threatens civilians with shotguns, and generally tries to force their ass-backwards beliefs (including abolition of technology altogether) on every member of society.

While you think you're doing "the right thing" by supporting Mumia, you really need to dig alittle deeper into this case. Mumia was a racist scumbag asshole who is trying to get away with murder - literally!

  • Seriously, man, understand my position. I'm not from Philadelphia... understand that when you see on photographs, that the key witness' car (robert Chobert) is not parked where it should be (behind Faulkner's car), and completely missing; there are serious doubts about his testimony! You make me feel like E.T. Damn, it's reasonable, or am I really crazy?

  • no, you're not crazy....i'm not from Philly either, but that means nothing....i will tell you once again that the statement given to police by chobert was signed by him at the police station less than one-half hour from the time of the murder....he drove his cab to the police station accompanied by officers prior to the arrival of polakoff...

  • I say that selective memory sould not be relevant just for one side. If you say that Jones' not remembering names after 15 years is suspicious, then I tell you that only remembering such an important fact like Mumia's confession 2 month after, is also suspicous.

And I'm quite tired of being told I'm insane. It's not a pissing game. I have no personal interest into that. I'm not gonna say you are a sick person, or hypocrit, or deranged. We've had a great exchange before this lack of respect

  • Hey man, stop it right here. I came here and said that there are serious doubts. I came to talk about Veronica Jones statement in 1996 and Terry Maurer Carter's late statement. Then you said that forgetting things, "selective memory" is not relevant. Then I replied that "selective memory" was relevant when it accused Mumia, two months after the shooting.

Stop putting the blame on me please/

  • From the beginning I find Arnold Beverly's confessions very suspicious. And from the beginning I did not talk about him. So don't tell me I ignore your request, since I'm still waiting for the list of dates and courts that discussed the elements that I find relevant and doubtful. I ask you that since the beginning. You say "they ruled on that" but don't give me the references, and keep asking me about that Beverly that I did not talked to you about, and that I dont care about.

  • who cares if you mentioned the beverly "confession"? i am mentioning it...and why have you not addressed the conflicting affidavits between jamal and his brother? because it blows your assertions and allegations right out of the water, rendering your argument moot...and why do you people continue to throw out the canard as to jamal purchasing his gun recently because he was robbed? jamal purchased the murder weapon almost 2 1/2 years prior to that horrible night...

  • No, I did not mention any confession; nor beverly, nor mumia nor Billy. I'm not a judge or a lawyer. I did not talk about the gun purchasing thing. I talked to you about some serious points that need to be ruled. I came here for that, because i was tired to only read useless, stupid insults on youtube. I wrote posts to explain my doubts. Because it seems like doubting in this case is a crazy, insane attitude whereas this case was screwed up by Philadelphia's passions.

  • why do the sworn affidavits of mumia abu jamal and his brother william cook directly contradict each other concerning the horrific events of that evening? why did william cook enter a guilty plea in 1982 to assaulting Daniel Faulkner on Dec.9 1981 if--according to jamal's supporters--Faulkner was "beating" cook with his flashlight??

  • I don't know! Where did you find this information about William Cook's guilty plea, i'm very curious

  • About Jones, If you read the trascript, you will ser what I'm talking about when they begin to intimidate her right in the courtroom by bringing up arrest warrant from New Jersey that has nothing to do with Mumia's case. I'm tired to explain myself, this fact is so obvious in the transcript that It's hardly believable that you don't see what I'm talking about and think it's up to my "opinion". Maybe you want the number of the page in case you did not read it?

  • From a city that bombs and burns its own population, from a police many times condemned for misconduct and corruption, not surprising

  • In fact, the note that was presented at trial was not even a note Priscilla Durham wrote to her supervisor. It was the note that a DA agent wrote after going to the hospital the day after, to check that information. And it was not signed. So don't make shortcuts like that. When I say that Mumia's confession was reported only 2 month after that, it is true. But it's nothing but a detail you focus on, while ignoring all the other "details" that should keep our attention in the same way, honestly

  • And beside that handwritted note that is officialy not proven to be true, the 2 report of Mumia's confession were registered, 2 month later: Gary Bell on February 25th 1983, and Priscilla Durham February 9th, plus 3 other persons, including the Gary Wakshul, who transfered and guarded Mumia during his arrest and treatment, who reported on December 9 1981 that "the negro male made NO COMMENT". Discussion about this at trial? "no, he is on vacation". Again, a biased tactic not to present elements

  • No, man, you are wrong. You should do researches. And I did read the transcripts, if you say that Jones was not intimidated during the 1996 PCRA hearing, then, I have nothing more to say. Or maybe ask to give me that list of dates and courts that discussed the elements I was reffering as you said they did; and also remember that the handwrited note Priscilla Durham gave to her supervisor is very suspicious. Its authenticity was not proven at trial nor recognized by Durham herself.

  • you are deranged....jamal's death sentence was overturned on a technicality involving jury instructions, and not on any new evidence....and how do you prove jone's was "intimidated"? by providing opinion, not fact...and why don't you address the points i've brought up now several times? because that is the way of you jamal zealots, to continually spew the same talking points over and over again as if that will finally render them as facts...

  • oncer again you have not provided one shred of evidence to support a single one of your specious claims...i have nothing to prove; the cop killer's conviction has been upheld at every appellate level including the SCOTUS, who turned down hearing the latest appeal filed on the cop killer's behalf.....and how was the handwritten note from Durham proven "officially not proven to be true"? by which official? and Bell made his first official statement about what the cop killer stated 2 months later?

  • Again, during the 1982 trial, the note brought back from hospital by the DA was not signed and was not even recognized by Durham herself, so they could not prove in court its real value, they didn't even bring the supervisor to testify. Yes, the first official registered statement of Bell about Mumia saying he killed the cop, was on February 25 1982, 2 month and a half after the december 9 1981 shooting.

  • I know many Mumia supporters do not read trascripts, but a such a worldwide movement could not be created on lies. It has started on the work of lawyers, attorneys, journalists, impartial researchers, that find serious record of injustices. Of course, many people are not aware of the facts and make some shortcuts. Just like you, on the other side. You read these "true/lie" or "claim/fact" on anti mumia websites and think that's enough to deny more than 25 years of serious doubts

  • To continue, maybe it has become so usual for Philadelphia police to mess up with the crime scene, move and misplace elements from it; BUT normaly, you can laugh out lout as long as you want, yes a crime scene must be secured, yes a hat can indicate positions and must not be moved intentionaly in another place. And yes, there is a contradiction between Forbes saying he did not touch the metal part of gun, and what the photos show

  • My responses don't appear. To make it short again, your copy/paste from Justice4Faulkner website is not very relevant since it's mainly about Jones' memory of White's pressure. Yes, 15 years after, she could not remember the name of the agents, and in which way the deal would benefit her. But the fact is that she was pressured and she lied in 1982, and she saw 2 men running from the scene. I invite you to read the transcript of 1996 PCRA and see how she was pressured right in that courtroom

  • yes, it is about jone's "selective memory", which was thoroughly impeached at the PCRA hearings...as a matter of fact, jones could not remember much of anything...she is/was a joke, and there is not one shred of evidence that corroborates or supports her story...how much was she paid by the jamal defense team to lie under oath????

  • No no no, Jones could remember many things, and the accusation insisted on details she could not remember 15 years after. Anyway, why threatening her and intimidating her, right in the courtroom in 1996, if she was nothing but a liar? Why arresting her for something that had nothing to do with that case? The transcript looks like a bad movie script! And, talking about "selective memory", this is not a problem when it's about "remembering", 2 month after! that Mumia claimed he killed Faulkner.

  • once again your reply indicates you have not read the transcripts.."why threaten and intimidate her?" is that how you people characterize a cross-examination? and if you bother to do real research you might find the answer as to why jones was arrested multiple times ...and as to the "2 month after" allegation that is a favorite amongst you jamal supporters, that is a canard;Priscilla Durham gave a handwritten statement THE NEXT DAY to her hospital supervisor, and testified to such in open court

  • your attempt to build the proverbial "straw-man" argument is vacuous, and has no merit...you acolytes of this murderer cannot come to grips with the fact that this modern day Svengali is nothing more than a rhetorically gifted marxist scumbag, who would do and say anything to avert his just reward---the death penalty for his muder of Police Officer Daniel Faulkner, and the 27 year nightmare this cockroach and his supporters have inflicted upon the Faulkner family

  • do you like my copy and paste? especially when what i copy and paste is accompanied by actual trial testimony and direct evidence? you can obfuscate the undeniable truth of the scumbag's guilt all you want to my friend, but your problem--and that of the other cop killer disciples--is providing to a court of law any evidence that would mitigate a new trial...every single appellate court has turned his appeals down flat...why? because they were found to be without merit...

  • The thing is that you cannot be honest and say that police did not mess up in that case, you cannot say his trial was fair, unless you hate Mumia and want him to fry just like only FOP members and friends would love, to deep in their heart. Not Mumia supporters' fault if the work of the police was so bad that night. There wouldn't be any evidence of innocence if it was well done. Mumia's death sentence wouldn't be overturned 2 times by the courts you say "turned his appeals down flat".

  • you throw bomb after bomb and they all turn up duds....why are you ignoring my requests for explanations concerning the contradictory affidavits and "confession" of beverly? why was jamal found sitting on the sidewalk within 15 feet of Faulkner's body, wearing a holster, with the revolver registered in his name lying within arm's reach, all 5 cylinder's filled with expended ammo, and his brother leaning up against the building shouting "i ain't got nothin' to do with this!"???? lets start there

  • there is no new evidence(incl. photos)that mitigates a new trial...divots? position of a hat? an alleged Sabo statement given 20 YEARS later you offer up as "fact", and yet you readily dismiss the statements of 2 individuals because--according to you--they were given 2 MONTHS after the fact? very hypocritical of you....the fact is, you supporters of this scumbag are dancing on a very thin thread of supposition and innuendo(redundancy personified) which has never held up under serious scrutiny...

  • jamal has become a "cause celeb" due to his charasmatic appeal, his "power to the people" approach and message which draws the disenchanted and disaffected to his marxist diatribes like moths to a bright light...he and his most vociferous supporters claim him to be a "political prisoner", jailed because he was a "rdical journalist" who exposed alleged police corruption and had ties to the "black panthers"...bullshit !! he murdered Daniel Faulkner in cold blood and that is why he is in prison

  • And let me ask you all an important question: What is so wrong with the desire of a new trial? What is so awful with the desire of seeking the truth, presenting 25 years of doubts and investigation, in a new trial? How would it offend anybody? We do it for truth, for Mumia, but also for Daniel Faulkner's memory. Mumia haters call us "cop killer lovers", I find it so wrong and unjust. I'm tired of it and I don't understand why. In which standard seeking the truth is such a disgusting thing.

  • CLAIM - The Police allowed Cynthia White, a prostitute and witness for the prosecution, to "work the streets with impunity", and failed to disclose alleged police protection afforded to Ms. White in return for favorable testimony. This claim is based on an assertion made by another prostitute, Veronica Jones (who was mentioned earlier in this piece) and by Mr. Jamal's investigator, Robert Greer.

  • FACTS - Ms. Jones testified at the 1996 PCRA hearing. Beyond conversations Ms. Jones purported to have had with Cynthia White, Ms. Jones and Jamal's attorneys produced no tangible proof to back her allegations. In her 1996 testimony, Jones stated that White's alleged "deal" was made by police officers whose names Jones couldn't remember. Ms. Jones was also unable to remember when the alleged "deal" was made, or what the benefits to Ms. White were

  • In addition to her alleged conversation with Cynthia White, Ms. Jones, who in 1982 had been arrested on an armed robbery charge, now claims that she too was visited by police officers while awaiting trial. She alleges that these officers offered her a deal similar to the one allegedly provided for Ms. White, and that they threatened to go hard on her in regards to her pending armed robbery charge, if she didn't cooperate with them.

  • The defense was once again unable to produce any corroborative evidence that this alleged meeting ever occurred or that any "deal" was made for Ms. Jones in 1982. Interestingly, in her 1996 testimony, Ms. Jones made it very clear that she never accepted any "deal" in 1982 to give false testimony against Mr. Jamal.

  • Additionally in 1982, Ms. Jones never mentioned the alleged police pressure, which included the offer of a deal directly connected to her pending armed robbery case, to the Public Defender who was representing her in that case.

  • If any deal regarding Ms. Jones pending felony case had been struck, it would have come not from the police, but rather the District Attorney. The police have no authority to address how cases are dealt with in the courtroom and therefore they couldn't have held up their end of the supposed deal.

  • Failure to do so would certainly have sent Ms. Jones running to the press. The District Attorney's records were reviewed by the defense in 1996 and there is no evidence of a deal being cut for Ms. Jones or Cynthia White in 1982.

  • "And let me ask you all an important question: What is so wrong with the desire of a new trial?" no need for a new trial, as every single appellate court in PA and SCOTUS have reviewed every single motion presented by jamal's mob of lawyers and dismissed them...

"What is so awful with the desire of seeking the truth, presenting 25 years of doubts and investigation, in a new trial? How would it offend anybody?" the truth has already come out, and the guilty party sits on Death Row..

  • ..and you are using the same sordid trick that hans bennett, pam africa and the rest of the "mumia movement" are now using; feigning some sort of sympathy for the memory of Officer Faulkner in a quest for "justice"..what a cheap and demeaning load of crap...where was all of this sense of "doing the right thing" when the cop killer's lawyers and his disciples were slandering Faulkner by calling him a crooked cop and someone who had ties to the mob?? specious and outlandish lies....

  • If my spelling sucks it's because I've only learned english in the streets. Debating in another language is not easy, you should try and see

  • "fry mumia" is so easy. It would be more clever to explain why the crime scene wasn't secured; why no pouder tests was done; why cops at the scene manipulated guns without protection, and moved Faulkner's hat from the car to the middle of the street; why no traces of bullets on the pavement, why veronica jones was prevented to testify on 95; why judge sabo said "i'm going to help them fry the nigger"; why they refuse Mumia the batson's legacy, why juge Ambro made a 40pages dissent report

  • Oh and you sound educated, you can't even spell. Social Promotion is wonderful thing

  • all of your "points" are irrelevant...they have been dealt with by the appropriate appellate courts and dismissed...supposition and innuendo will no longer stand in the way of the cop killer's fate, which is a date with the executioner in the very near future....finally, it appears that the nightmare created by this craven animal will come to it's rightful end

  • If you can tell me when, and in which court guns' manipulation, crime scene not being secured, Faulkner's hat removal, no traces on pavement, Veronica Jones being rejected from testimony, "i'm going to help them fry the nigger", Ambro's 40 pages dissency.... were "discussed", I would be very happy. Knowing that rejecting an element on timing value is not the same than talking about it. Anyway thank you guys for not insulting me with cuss words like all the other anti-Mumia use to do!

  • i have read the official court transcripts, have you? that question is becoming redundant because i asked you that in my first post to you, and with your reply it is apparent that you have not...regurgitating "talking points" from pro-mumia websites and then presenting them as facts and/or as a challenge to those who believe in the cop killer's guilt is the proverbial "straw-man" argument....you present these assertions/allegations as "fact" and "evidence" of corruption, but they prove nothing

  • Again, Ms. Jones recollection regarding the facts of her own alleged meeting with police in 1982 is very unclear. While testifying in 1996, she was unable to remember what the specifics of this alleged deal were and she failed to remember how the deal was to benefit her, beyond being given a break on her pending felony case. Further, Jones couldn't remember the names of the officers that allegedly visited her or when the visit occurred.

  • In which post exactly, did you ask me whether I read the transcript or not? I keep searching, I don't find. The answer is yes. I am not regurgitating anything, I just read, inform myself, and many of my conclusions are the ones of many: New trial.

By the way, you do exactly the same thing, obviously you regurgitate justice4faulkner interesting vision of facts. But it still does not answer my question: when all the elements I was reffering were DISCUSSED? Take the list, and gimme the references

  • bigb5949 (1 day ago) Show Hide 0 Marked as spam Reply | Spam i have read the official court transcripts, have you? that question is becoming redundant because i asked you that in my first post to you, and with your reply it is apparent that you have not...

this is an excerpt from one day old post

  • now, why have you not addressed the conflicting statements made in their affidavits by jamal and his brother william cook? or the "confession" of beverly who directly contradicts both of the affidavits? well, i can only sumrise that the reason you and the other cop killer supporters don't address these glaring inconsistencies is you realize the futility of trying to explain these outright lies...the brother's cook had 20 years to get their story straight, and look what you get....a joke

  • and Ambro wrote a 40 page dissent?? so what?? how many other judges over the past 225 years or so since the adoption of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights have written dissenting opinions of dissertation length?? come on, do some real research and open your eyes!!!!!

  • what does the position of Faulkner's hat have to do with his murder? and by the way, his hat was never "in the middle of the street"..LOL, i'd love to know where you got that canard....."manipulated guns"? thye officer who handled both jamal's and Faulkner's weapons testified in open court as to how he handled the weapons...have you read that particular piece of testimony?? and the accusation against Sabo came 20 years after the fact, which renders the veracity of the allegation "questionable"

  • Yes, Maureen's accusation against sabo is questionable. But again, the question must be discussed in court! She feels very unconfortable with herself ignoring such an important fact for so long. She is married with a former FOP agent who admits and says that there is a serious doubt with that case. You see, it's not a "disgusting tactict" from supporters. About the killing of Daniel Faulkner, big doubts are here whether you like it or not. I find unfair to ignore them by all means necessary

  • I said Maureen? Oooops lol. Sorry it is Terry MAURER carter. I'm such a dick ^^

  • why should her allegation be "discussed" in court? does that belong to the "we need to discuss every single unsubstantiated piece of innuendo, supposition and rumor as it applies to jamal in open court" school of law? all of the issues brought up by the legion of lawyer's advocating on behalf of this scumbag have been addressed...and dismissed by every appellate court in PA, and by SCOTUS....and as to the murder of Daniel Faulkner there is no doubt...it was wesley cook "aka" mumia abu jamal

  • you bunch of bullies, geeks. Stop insulting Mumia supporters. Besides taping some easy, disgusting comments, you'd better try to give us arguments when you deny 25 years of investigations.

  • The chimp's in a cage where it belongs.

  • go fuck your cousin or something bitch.

Afterwards there was a meeting at a church who refused their property if LGBT groups were allowed to participate. Despite cold & snow, a defiant Pam Africa, Mumia's coordinator, vowed "ALL of us must meet or we will outside in the snow!" This out & proud lesbian will never forget this.

When you have a chance come and check out our new videos about the Dec.6 Today Show about Mumia Abu-Jamal, the new crime scene photos, and our recent press conference with Pam Africa, David Love, Linn Washington, and Dave Lindorff---an all star cast.

  • We can read the transcripts, we can watch the documenteries, it doesn't matter, none of us will ever know the truth unless we were present at the time of the murder...using profanity and saying racist, ignorant remarks only make you look stupid...whether you are for Mumia or not.

  • LOL "that chimp." love it

  • Why did Danny shoot Mumia?! He didn't shoot Mumia's brother. He didn't shoot some mysterious "running man." DANNY ID'D HIS OWN KILLER WITH ONE, SINGLE IDENTIFIABLE BULLET TO THE COWARD'S CHEST. Case fucking closed. Deal with it!

That say's it all ; You people should really be exterminated , because you guy's doesn't seems like you have done way too much bads to people of color . Brunch of loosers

  • Let's send all the Mumia supporters to France!

And then we can fry Mumia!

  • Mumia is convicted cop killer and will rot in prison for the rest of his life

  • ye self defense motherfuker

  • we'll see about that.

  • None of this tells us what happened in Philadelphia 12/9/81.

One has to think that Mumia has not the slightest interest in LGBT issues.

Many of us believe in Gay Rights to the max but this stuff is irrelevant to the case vs Mumia aka Wesley Cook.

How much "chaos" can there be at 3:00 in the morning? And Frank Rizzo orchestrated Faulkner's death in order to get Mumia?

It's just an insult, esp. to Mumia, who, if he were innocent, would have come up with much better copy than this.

  • Mumia issued a statement after Matthew Shepard's murder, which clearly supports the rights of LGBT people.

Isn't Mumia's case directly relevant to LGBT rights? The same forces that have used racism and classism to put Mumia behind bars are also using homophobia to preserve white supremacy and class exploitation. Consider how fears about gay marriage were used by the racist, homophobic right in the last election to divide the working class against ourselves and our own economic interests.

  • ok, was wrong about Cook's views on LBGT but right about the murder.

  • It is often said that as long as Mumia isn't free, none of us--LGBT or straight, white or Black, woman or man--are free, either. If the white dominated, heterosexist, capitalist ruling class can keep one freedom fighter locked down on obviously shaky and manipulated evidence, then anyone in the LGBT community--especially militant LGBT folks--can also suffer his same fate. Indeed, transfolk are disproporationately incarcerated and suffering from the same prison abuses inflicted on Mumia.

  • "All our struggles are interconnected..."

Thanks for posting! Let's free mumia!

  • How about defending the right person for a change? JUSTICE FOR DANIEL FAULKNER!

  • Justice for Daniel Faulkner would be by wrongly accusing someone of his murder and taking revenge? Don't let your love for a lost one blind you and make you kill other innocent folks. Mumia did not kill Daniel Faulkner. This is based on evidence, only for those who refuse the truth and stick to their pride would be unjust and instead of curing a major problem in the world will continue in killing innocent people like Mumia.

  • You mumia supporters are GREAT BIG LOSERS. Read the court transcript and educate yourself for once. ALL OF THE EVIDENCE points to mumia sas the killer. You want to believe the lies perpetuated by the anti-police, far left loser camp without knowing any facts. "killing innocent people like mumia" LMAO. He's still alive isn't he? But Danny Faulkner isn't. Mumia will NEVER be freed so get use to it. RIP DANIEL FAULKNER.

  • FFFFRRRRYYYY!!!!! mumia abu jamurderer!!!!!
