I love the PedEgg, but I do have to say that it does not contain all the mess within the egg. While you're using it, some does fall onto the ground when you're using it. It's easily remedied with a paper towell though. No biggie. Just should note though that it absolutely does not contain it all within the egg.
I used the Pedegg and I loved it .. two days later my feet started to hurt and I couldn't find out why, two days more and I had this big cuts as if I had used a razor. The doctor told me that it was because the pedegg doesn't remove the skin evenly and where you have thin skin it actually hurts you. Don't use it .. it took a while to cure and be able to have a good pedicure again. Feet are not cheese that you can shred.
These work pretty well and it's much cheaper than getting a professional pedicure. Of course you shouldn't use it more than twice and week and make sure to always clean it afterwards, but it's very convenient. Only real con I can think of would be the sanding thing they give you to make you feet smoother after you scrape off the dead skin, it only works well the first time or so, then its worn down.
