I think they ordered the plant. My school ordered our planet since our show is next week and we only had 2 months of rehearsal, we didn't have enough time to make them. We got the same exact plant as that one.

The lips have a plastic coating over them, and the rest of the outside is a soft, semi-rough fabric. Sort of felt like. The inside is red fur.

Oh my God. I've seen 11,000 videos of the play performences for "Feed Me", and this is by far the best.

The voice is perfect, and it's just like the movie. The only thing that would make it better (not a huge thing) is if...NVM! The head DID come down! This is 100% the best one I have seen and trust me, I'm like Simon from American Idol with the play performences for Little Shop of Horrors.

5 stars.

oooh i just figured how it was puppeteered. saSOmoene was sitting down in the pot.....the head has the top lip of the plant, arms as the bottom and the elgs as branches. cool. but how do the dead people go through?

thats not exactly right tappentiggerer. i just finished using the same puppet, last show was last night *tear*. The puppeteer is belted into a seat in the pot, one arm is the top lip and the other is the bottom lip. and the root leggings go over the legs lol. this is pod 3 though, it doesnt eat people, thats pod 4's job. Very nice puppeteering btw, that plant is very heavy and extremely hot, Eric did a great job. congrats.
